Windsor Housing, LP is a multi-family apartment complex located in North Shreveport on North Hearne Ave. There are bus stops located in front of both complex that are good means of transportation. It is a nice and quiet neighborhood where residents are watching out for each other to ensure a good environment for their family to grow. We you are not over-income; our income limit is 60%. We do accept housing vouchers such as Shreveport Housing Authority, or Community Support, and a few others that are not commonly utilized. Our application fee is $30 per adult member, and it is non-refundable even if you are denied for being unqualified. Once your application is approved, we require a holding fee $200 to hold your unit, if this fee is not paid, you will not be assigned to a unit so please make sure you pay the holding fee. The holding fee is non-refundable if you decide not to move in once unit is ready for move in. If move in is processed, you will be expected to pay another $200 at move in for deposit and this will be added to your holding deposit to equal $400 security deposit required. At move in you will also be charged a pro-rated rent amount. Please ensure all funds are available to ensure an easy move in process, if funds are not available, we will not move you in. When you come to move in make sure you complete your AEP address change with Swepco and pay any deposit required to start service, notate new account number, you will be asked for this before you get your keys to the unit.
