Located about 17 miles west of Oklahoma City, Yukon offers residents a tranquil small-town atmosphere and a rich history. The city is best known for its vibrant annual Oklahoma Czech Festival, in addition to being country music superstar Garth Brooks’ hometown. Yukon’s Czech roots are also on display year-round at the Yukon Historical Museum.
Route 66 runs through the city’s center, lined with a bevy of antique shops, independent boutiques, and assorted eateries. National retailers are largely clustered on either side of I-40, which runs through the southern portion of Yukon. Recreational opportunities abound, with convenient access to Chisholm Trail Park, Route 66 Park, Lake Overholser Park, and the North Canadian River.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Windsor Gardens
Save your time & money. This was my first apartment & I’ve the hard way to deep dive into places before considering them. There’s new property managers like every month. Nothing ever gets fixed. Just gives people maintenance positions without a qualification. Really not worth the money at all. It needs to be shut down if we’re being completely honest.
They don’t fix anything in a timely manner. Water damage and black mold in everyone’s unit. Sewage problems constantly. They focus on remodeling empty units to rent out and neglect the current residents. The new units “look” nice. The units of people who have been here for 3+ years, are HORRIBLE and they do not care. Not to mention, the manager is terribly rude.

I regret that you are not satisficed with the services that you received, we do try to promptly address all maintenance issues that come to our office , plumbing issues can be unfortunate but we do address the issues diligently as they come in. We value all tenants as they are what make the community. Please reach out to the office with you would like to discuss your concerns further.
This is the worst place I’ve ever lived and if I could give it 0 stars I would. Once my lease is done I am running out of here as fast as I can. This property goes through management changes at lease once a month, sometimes no one is on property for weeks at a time - not management, not maintenance workers, not even a phone number to contact someone to pay rent or get an emergency problem fixed. There is trash all over the property, roaches, bed bugs, mice infested.. old and broken appliances, and they are just NASTY apartments. When I moved in I paid a $400 deposit just to come in and clean/ paint myself. My front door has a 2 inch gap at the bottom so my electric bill is always high and bugs and frogs get in my unit because of it but no one will replace the door or put a screen door on or anything. The plumbing here is always getting backed up, my dishwasher had standing sewage water in it for 2 weeks and I was pregnant with a 2 year old and I ended up having to pay out of pocket for a plumber because there was no one on property- and no I was not reimbursed. Some people that live here are just struggling to find better or have just been here for so long, but they let just about anyone move in with no background check. This property is half full of drug addicts, I can’t even let my son play outside even with my supervision because there are people walking around tripping on who knows what. These are just a small handful of issues I’ve dealt with in less than a year here. I truly am not one to complain and I try to see the brighter side of things but I can’t hold it in when it comes to this place. To sum it up, DO NOT give this place your money, they will take it and not put it back into the property and you will be miserable constantly!
Once my lease is done, we have absolutely leaving. Trashy, the landlord doesn't fix anything after telling her over seven times.
