Windsor Gardens Apartments

I have been here for a year and have no complaints other than issues with my air conditioning unit. When I moved in (Sept. ‘24), it was not working and was not fixed for about a month. This July, I submitted a claim because it was running and not cooling. The contractor came out and was at my apartment for 4 minutes, obviously not fixing the unit and marked the request “completed”. I submitted another request which they came out again, and it took almost 3 weeks to fix entirely. Although this happened, it was more so concerning the contractor than the complex itself.

Overall great community with very little problems. Short driving distance to many areas of in interest in Rochester. Management is very responsive to issues.

Windsor Gardens has been my home since 2019. Anytime I have had an issue, the office has been responsive. Issues in our building have always been handled quickly and appropriately. The complex is quiet even with kids living here and that’s a plus for us at home workers or those that are single. Miss having the pool and weekly cleaning of the building but things happen and we adapt to the needs of business. Plan on staying as long as I can because this is my home.

Quiet apartments that are close to the expressway. There is virtually no foot traffic which means your car is safe when left unattended. The laundry room has a lot of washers that have been out of order since I moved in a year ago so sometimes you need to plan your Sunday around this. All in all I love living here and my neighbors are so great.

I have lived at Windsor Gardens for several years now and have never had a problem with staff or neighbors! I work third shift and never have to worry about being disturbed. The staff and neighbors have always been friendly and welcoming. I absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone needing a relaxing, peaceful home.

We have lived in Windsor Gardens Apartments for 3 years already and we are excited to renew. The community is very quiet, safe and well-kept. Maintenance and management are always friendly and helpful. The apartment complex is located within very nice school district which is very important for families with kids. I definitely recommend Windsor Gardens Apartments for everyone who is looking for nice community to live in.

Have lived at Windsor Gardens for many years and there is so much to love about it! Buildings are well kept and maintenance is quick to respond to any issues. Current upgrading porch areas that was definitely needed. Easy access to expressways for quick commute to work. Property well maintained. Highly recommend living here.

Having the option to have in unit washer and dryer has made laundry so much simpler and easy to handle day to day, but for those without, they have a laundromat in the main office building. And living in an upstairs unit and having a balcony to spend time on has been such a treat. Its nice seeing people have their balconies or patios decorated or spending time outside when the weather is nice.

Outside the property is well maintained, inside maintenance is fast to respond. Staff is friendly, neighbors are friendly, area is quite and calm. I've lived here since 2017 and haven't had any major issues -Tyler M

This is a wonderful apartment complex for mature adults. It is quiet 24/7 and all neighbors have been wonderful. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Living at Windsor Gardens Apartment Complex has been a pleasant experience! The management team is friendly, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. The property is well-maintained! One of the biggest perks during winter is their outstanding snow removal service. They are always quick to clear the sidewalks, parking lots, and entryways, ensuring safe and easy access even after heavy snowfall. It’s such a relief knowing I don’t have to worry about being snowed in! The apartments are themselves are modern, maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the location is super convenient. If you’re looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live, Windsor Gardens is an excellent choice!

Why have we stayed? It's a safe and welcoming community for our family. The staff is very friendly and super responsive. Maintenance is quick and efficient with an emergency line if ever needed. We've noticed,too, that our power rarely goes out in our building. The school district is also really good!

I have lived here for two years and never had a problem sleeping during the day before my third shift hours. The grounds and buildings are clean and well maintained. The staff here are also very friendly and helpful.

I've lived at Windsor Gardens over 5 years now. The property has been consistently clean, well maintained and peaceful. There staff are welcoming, professional and helpful. The neighbors are considerate, and pleasant. I appreciate the effort the property makes at keeping us notified about any possible inconveniences. We are given ample notification about upcoming maintenance and closures. All maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. Windsor Gardens is top notch.

The community is great here along with the layout of the apartments. It's a great starter apartment! It was clean and had everything we needed when we moved in. It now feels like home! The employees are very responsive if there is a concern or question as well.

I have lived here for the past year after a friend recommend and have no complaints. The property is clean and the staff is nice and responsive. Only had to make one service call and all was fixed within the hour.In-unit Laundry is always a plus and is not a huge addition in rent. Great place to live and looking forward to another year

I’ve lived here for 2 years, and I appreciate the quiet location that’s very convenient for getting to highways and stores. Maintenance is responsive and they take care of the mowing and snow removal. I do wish the apartment would put in a new pool soon. That was my one disappointment when the old one closed before last summer!

For the best year I have lived here, and have nothing but positive experiences. The maintenance staff always comes to fix problems extremely fast, the office staff is very friendly and knowledgable. I always feel safe when I walk around and have never felt unwelcome. It is a great place to call home.

I have lived here almost 4 years now and plan to stay here. My one bedroom apartment is very comfortable and the buildings and grounds are well maintained. Also, the neighborhood is very quiet. The Welcome center with its laundry and exercise room is a big plus, open 24/7. The management is also very helpful and professional.

At Windsor Garden Apartments the landscape is beautiful and welcoming. The Laundry facility is very clean and neat. The conference room is inviting and a pleasure to use. Maintenance has always been very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

The outside is well kept. However. You must have quiet neighbors to live above you. You hear everything! Hear them Going to the bathroom,walking, bed squeaking. Dropping stuff.
