The two ladies in the office, Tiffany and Katy were very nice, obviously I had 1 million questions. They were patient very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I found the apartment that fitted my needs. The apartment was clean everything in working in order and to my surprise, quiet once inside the apartment. Looks like they keep the complex up. I have only met a couple of neighbors so far seem nice normal people overall very good experience for me.
The leasing agents were very nice and helpful with any concerns I had with my apartment. Whenever I needed anything fixed, the maintenance crew was able to fix it in a great amount of time. Communication was great!
Moved to Davenport for work and ended up at Windsor Crest. It was the first and only apartment I viewed because I knew it was the one! Adorable first apartment. Fantastic location, amazing maintenance team, in unit laundry, big parking lot, well kept landscape… everything was perfect. Only left because I relocated for work again!

Lived at Windsor Crest for 8 months. Would still be there except my job transferred me to another state. The apartment was ideally situated and very convenient. Never had any maintenance issues. The management staff were helpful and professional. If I get back to the Quad Cities, this is where I want to live.

This was my first apartment and it was absolutely beautiful and I had the best experience, besides wanting the 3rd floor haha. The maintenance team is always so helpful and always so kind when I was always calling about my washer and dryer. A huge perk is how close I was to EVERYTHING, 5 minutes from my job, target and aldi, all a girl ever needs.

I was in a very quite building for almost 2 years. Great location with tons of shopping options, and quick access to 74 to get across the river if you work in Illinois like I do. Maintenance was very responsive if something came up. My furnace went out, and maintenance was at my door in less than 5 minutes after hours. Only issue is that the office is ran out of Winding Hills instead of on-site. So if you need to do anything with keys or paperwork, they have you go over there. It isn’t far, but it’s kind of an inconvenience. Other than that, I loved the building (4826) I was in.

I lived at Windsor Crest Apartments for four years before moving to a home in the area. I really enjoyed my experience. It's located in a nice neighborhood. It's definitely a good value for space and price. The biggest negative I have is that when the rent price increased, the online payment system didn't automatically update and I don't think it was stated that we had to go in and manually update the rent. I wish this was more on the people managing the website rather than the residents. Other than that, they tried hard to establish it as a community. I really liked living there and it did make me somewhat sad to go.

the apartments are at an excellent price considering how nice and up to date they are on the inside! the staff was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process as well! my roommate and i absolutely love it here!

Everything was easy and simple. This was my first Itime renting an apartment of my own so I was ne it all. Kin was too notch. She was very informative, knowledgeable and friendly. She wanted to ensure all my needs were met. From beginning to the end process, it was a stress free arrangement getting approved. I love my apartment. Everything was updated to new quality. The staff is very friendly and helpful, if you have any questions about anything in the apartment, they have the answers for you right away or will get back to you when they get the answer. Great place for the price just like what the photos show, with different layouts but the same concept of each apartment.

I really enjoy the staff, they are very friendly and professional. I am a student and so the price is a big deal to me since I am living off student loans. So when I check around and was looking into the prices of the different apartments that where available in the area, I was amazed on how much space they offered for $600 a month. But the best part in my opinion is the high quality professional service that I receive. I never have to wait more than 6 hours to get anything fixed. I highly recommend them, especially if you are a college student.
