Windsor Clearwater has amazing facilities that are falling apart and poorly managed. If you enjoy sunbathing on a rotting, broken day bed or grabbing a coffee only to be disappointed that’s it broken, then this is the place for you! They have grills but sadly they’re broken. They also have printers, but sadly they’re broken too. Otherwise, the grounds are gorgeous, the gym is 5 stars, and the office space is just wonderful! I love this place but it’s poorly managed.

This apartment complex is top notch! It is like living in paradise! I could not be happier. The apartments are beautiful and the kitchen has all the latest appliances. Being this close to the beach is a perk as well. My neighbors are really friendly and quite. I had a maintenance request and it was handled quickly and efficiently. The office staff always has a smile for me when I go in and greet me by name, making me feel right at home. If you're looking for a new home look no further!

Applied as an applicant and was very excited, got approved and paid a $400 refundable application fee just to have to stolen from us after not moving forward with the lease bc of managements communication and reviews that packeges get stolen, everything is always broken and they write their own fake google reviews - stay away

My family moved here last fall and we love it! The gym and offices are so convenient and well kept. Sondra the housekeeper for the property keeps the common areas so clean! Aldo is the best maintenance tech around! He always goes above and beyond and the property management team Marlon and Sarah work hard to answer questions and resolve issues.

Windsor Clearwater is truly luxury living! The office staff is top-notch and always super polite. Jasmine really went above helping us at the time we needed it. She exemplifies the Windsor's guiding principle, "a community where people truly feel cared for." After losing our home and everything we own in the hurricanes, we needed someone to care. When the property was aventon Lana it was managed great, they took care of everything all the amenities were operational almost all the time. The maintenance people would even pick up trash if they noticed it, but now boxes and trash will sit outside apartments for weeks and no one will pick it up unless something is said and half the time the amenities don’t work. The coffee machine is always down, the pizza oven doesn’t work, only half of one grill works. Also the mail situation is terrible now, I have had 4 Amazon packages stolen in the last month. At any given time you can walk to the mail room and there will be at least 15 packages just sitting on the table. The apartment i live in is great i love it but everything else around it that’s supposed to make it a luxury apartment isn’t the best now.

Yet another morning of being woken up by the banging, jumping, and sprinting of upstairs neighbors. There has not been a relaxing part about living here nor does it allow me to do my work from home job. Property management is nothing less than a joke that hides behind closed doors and refuses to acknowledge what is clearly not “normal apartment noise.” Until this place gets new management, stay far away.

Everything was great, timely and staff were very nice. It made the process very smooth. We love the move in gifts which were a plus. The others residents are very nice and welcoming
A beautiful neighborhood with a convenient location close to everything. The staff is friendly and helpful. I only have one suggestion is to stock up and service the coffee station before 6pm so that the machine is ready early the next morning would be great.
After having hurricane milton cause damage to our home, we needed to move asap. We scheduled a tour with jasmine and she was more than amazing as she walked us through every step of the process and was super efficient to get us able to move in next day. Tom from maintenance was generous enough to come in on his day off to put the finishing touches on our apartment so we were able to move in next day as well. The complex is beautiful and the team is very responsive. We are super excited for everything Aventon Lana has to offer us!
So far so good! love the 24/7 access to the gym and office space. It would be great if we had a car wash station. But all in all we have loved it!
Very nice community with large clubhouse that serves Starbucks coffee free every day. Resorts style pool is also excellent. We love our 2bd/bth floor plan with two walk-in closets in master and a third walk-in closet in second bedroom. Nine foot ceilings gives a very spacious feel and quartz countertops are a nice touch. You should be a dog lover because there are many in the community. The only downside is a higher level of foot traffic noise on the floor above us than I would have liked and no elevators. Overall very happy with our choice.
the complex is absolutely stunning! The staff are very attentive and professional. Really feel like I’m in a 5 star type of resort. Come check it out :)

I was very happy when I first moved in and then things continued to go downhill as the units began to fill and they couldn't keep up. Property is not kept to standards and should remove the word "luxury" from any advertisement.

Great community. Central to getting to everything. Love the amenities. I can get to the beach, downtown st Pete & tampa within 25 min. I can get to Disney within 2 hours.

We just moved into our apartment and turned in an inventory list which is typical. What is not so typical, is to have a maintenance crew address the issues so efficiently and completely. Additionally, our right panel in our refrigerator door had some dents which we noted. We were not expecting for the door to get replaced. But, to our surprise they did replace it. High marks for the maintenance crew at Aventon Lana.

I had enjoyed my time here, I have always felt safe. Response to repairs has been good, & I love the maintenance men (Chuck?.) I feel safe having them come here whether I’m home or not with my pets & older female kids. I love the pool area, & have always found the staff to be helpful. The hallways & stairs are looking dirty, & not being able to lake close to your apartment is a downside as well.

NON-RESIDENTS have easy access to community amenities and BOY do they take advantage of it. They can be constantly seen opening the security gates from the other side in order to access the pool, leaving paying residents feeling like second class citizens. Extra security measures REALLY need to be implemented at this property for the safety & enjoyment of it's residents and to avoid potential accidents/liabilities. The community is beautiful, but I am afraid will be ruined due to the usage of its amenities by STRANGERS. The lack of security at this property has become a MAJOR concern among residents and it is felt that management does not seem to take this concern seriously.

Beautiful Community, I just moved here so I haven’t yet used the pool but it looks very inviting. The grounds are done nicely and great parking and love the coffee bar !!

Love how clean and attentive the staff are. People here are friendly. The amenities are very nice and clean, and the maintenance people are very pleasant and fast. The office staff are also very friendly and caring. They are able to help with any questions or concerns you might have.

Excellent location, you are basically in the middle of choosing to go to Tampa, St. Pete or Clearwater beach. Amentities are exactly what you would expect from a luxury complex, and great gym. Very dog friendly, I think everyone has a dog. I only wish the dog park was artificial turf (its mulch). Staff is super friendly to help and very accomodating. Maintenance team is super quick to answer any service requests and extremely polite. Bonus points for how many great food options are nearby.

So far so good, the community is really quiet and friendly, lots of dogs :) (some bad owners who don’t clean their dogs waste) but besides that great community to live.

I would rate it higher if we didn't have some minor issues when moved in like the water filter and a few other things. The community is beautiful. The amenities are top notch. Our unit is really nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. We feel welcome and like we belong and we have only been here a week. We were able to get a move in special and other concessions. We recommend Aventon Lana!!!

Nice new place however has become overcrowded. Pool feels small for the amount of residents on the weekends. Parking spaces are a challenge to get a spot closest to your unit, may have to walk around building. Community doesn’t have elevators, so 2nd and 3rd floor move ins are no joke. Dog owners need to do better about picking up waste. The trash service putting in hallway is dirty and their rules are ridiculous. Can’t opt out of trash service ($25/mo or internet $70/mo). Prices are steep and don’t like community not giving the renter the choice. Management is attentive and there to help if you need them. Community experience 8/10.

Moved in 5 days ago and love it. Unit is clean, beautiful, and super updated. Maintenance and front office staff are friendly and responsive. Complex is clean and valet trash is timely. Amenities are amazing and actually used by the residents. So happy to call Aventon Lana home!
