If you choose to bring a pet there is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $300 for the first pet and $200 for each additional pet. The monthly pet rent is $30/month for 1st pet and $25/month for each additional. For each pet weighing 50 lbs. or more there is an additional $100 non-refundable pet fee. We do have weight limits for certain apartments and some breed restrictions. Dog breeds known for aggression are prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: Pit-Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Chow Chows, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Akitas, Dalmatians, Siberian Huskies, Malamutes, Mastiffs, American Bulldogs, Hybrid Wolves or other dog breeds known for their aggression. No mixes of these breeds will be allowed. If you have any questions we encourage you to call our office. *All fees subject to change

Property Ratings at Windsong Place Apartments
This was my worst experience. They did not refund my security deposit. I had to sue them in court. I highly advise against renting from this property.

I am sorry you felt you had a bad experience. You did not leave a name nor an apartment address for me to refer to for the circumstance you mentioned, or to see if you have mistaken Windsong with another community. If you would like to discuss anything with me, please reach out to the Windsong Place leasing office.
This complex goes out of its way to charge extreme fees and will do everything it can to bilk tenants when they move out. Do not expect the security deposit back, and expect a whole host of other fees while living there and after moving out. Avoid this complex at all costs.

We are sorry you feel you had a bad experience at Windsong Place Apartments. If irreparable damage is found at move-out, after being thoroughly reviewed, there would be a charge associated. We do offer lease break policies which have proven to save our residents a considerable amount of money. We wish you all the best in your future home and thank you for being a resident at Windsong Place.
This place is outrageously overpriced!!!! Maintenance yeah ok! Keep records of everything because if maintenance does come they will charge you in the end for repairs THEY NEVER FIXED!! The neighbors are shady and lots of police presence!!!

I have been living at windsong for four years and have enjoyed every minute of it. The girls in the office are so friendly and accommodating and take care of my needs right away. I don’t know what I would without the maintenance men. They are efficient and timely with anything that needs to be fixed in the apartment. They also go above and beyond and are always willing to give a helping hand. They helped me open the door with my grandson and always have a smile on their face or a kind wave. In the summers we love going to the pool! We have rented out the community room several times for family parties. The space is clean and welcoming and a perfect space for a family party. What I love most about these apartments is it feels like a community and family. There’s no place like home!
