I would never stay here ever again. The main reason we broke our lease was very loud neighbors, we talked with management and were walking through the steps with them. When push came to shove to get the neighbors out they backed down at the very last minute. We were working with them for MONTHS to build a case just for them to get kicked out. We broke the lease that next week. They never offered to break our lease for free since dealing with those loud neighbors for literally months of sleep deprivation. Very greedy people. After moving out we didn’t care about the deposit check and if they never sent it to us, it wouldn’t bother us. Instead we got a bill for over 1000$, luckily 500 deposit covered half but still left us with 500$ to pay. I’m military and have lived in many apartments before this due to moving so much and never have I ever had anything like this! We have always kept our apartments really well maintained. We even deep cleaned the place really well before moving out. They sent us the bill for the cleaners and other services conducted after we moved out AND utilities after our final month. Ridiculous.

Please Don’t go here because you will get stressed and suffer like everyone else. They just want your money and they don’t care about your complaints. I report my neighbor due to loud and obnoxious behavior but the management doesn’t care and my neighbor still continues to be loud after multiple warning even we call the cops on them. In the end the management side on them because my neighbor reason was they work at night shift and “Don’t want to disturb their lifestyle”.

Staff is absolutely terrible. Was charged multiple times for one month rent. I would give them a money order then they would claim they never got one so I would get another one and that cycle continued for a long time. When I requested they come fix the plumbing they did not until I bought the supplies then attempted to charge me for water damage after I moved out.

The staff is unprofessional in everything that they do. First, my roof has caved in 3 different times from water leaks from the above neighbors. The job took weeks to finish and even then I had to submit multiple requests to have them complete the job. The complex has had multiple "water breaks" which lead my family of 5 to not use the bathroom for over 72 hours. The staff waited days to call someone to come fix the problem. The laundry room is horrible they have completely ruined all of my clothes from random stains and I asked if there is anything that they can do and all they told me was whenever you use their facility you are using them "at your own risk". They have roaches and ants! I have scheduled multiple times to have someone spray and every time they have had to reschedule or they show up on a random date that they didn't schedule. I can't wait to move out of this place. If you are looking into moving into this apartment complex save yourself the headache and don't.
This place has high crime rates and they have no plans to fix it. I get a notice of vehicle break ins what seems to be every month. On top of the crime in this area my rent has about doubled in the 8 years I have been here.
Management is too lazy to do anything and fails to notify you about anything except for what is required by law (permission to enter) that is it. They will also lie to your face. Anytime when going into the office about any complaints or making a phone call to them about a complaint, Always Always Always record for your record and finances. Horrible horrible horrible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.
Horrible security. Dozens of car break ins and management hasn't responded with any changes. Appliances old and falling apart. Rent only increases with no improvements to anything. Regret signing this lease.
I've been living in this place for about a year. They just sent me the renewal and the rent was raised by $300.00. The facilities are not gated, no control over parkings, vehicles have been broken in for several tenants. They just painted the units and they raised the rent by 30% .
My wife and I have been living here for less than a year and the rent has been raised twice. Our vehicles have been broken into 3 times and the management won't do anything to improve the security. They have only asked the police to patrol the street more often but most of the parking is not visible from the street. There are two gyms one of which was not available for at least 7 months, when it was available most of the equipment was not working. There are 2 pool areas with spas and one of the spas has not had hot water since we moved in 10 months ago. The rent is almost the same as a mortgage for a small house or condo. Do yourself a favor don't rent from Windscape.
