Windscape at Daphne is a beautiful and quiet apartment community. My apartment is very spacious and I absolutely love the plank floors!!!!!. Theresa, the manager is always available anytime we have a maintenance or any other issue. She handles issues promptly and genuinely cares.

You don't see apartments being built these days that have a bedroom that fits a king size bed, night stand, and dresser. Our living room is huge and we actually have a fireplace!! Love my new home!

I moved here a couple of years ago and love my apartment. You can’t find an apartment in this area as spacious as these are. The manager goes above and beyond for the residents. She truly cares.
I toured the apartments a couple of weeks ago and needed a one bedroom. Unfortunately they did not have one available for immediate move in. Theresa was so kind to show us the property and give information on a couple of apartments that are managed by the same company. With me working in Mobile I can't drive from Gulf Shores or Foley. Thank you for your genuine kindness. This is rare these days.
I’m the one who wrote the previous 5 star review. Initially I highly recommended living here. The area is very beautiful. The leasing agent however. About halfway through my lease I’ve asked for things to be fixed in my apt she’s failed to do so. She made the comment that she would resolve once I move out. She speaks poorly about other tenants to her tenants. I’m having to break lease only 23 days before lease expires due to some financial obligations. Within that time she’s made promises that she can’t keep

Recently out of a long term relationship and back living with the folks...LORD HELP ME. LOL! Chelsea was/is phenomenal from the moment of me reaching out and just inquiring about a vacancy to residing here now for several months. Chelsea and Daryl have succeeded all expectations. My family and friends that have visited boast about the property, privacy of the property, and primo location location that is so undeniable and they have also considered applying especially with the beautiful new renovations.
Went to look at this place a month ago and the pictures look better than the actual apartment. There were dead bugs in the laundry area of the apartment, the flooring was coming unglued between the kitchen and living room, and it had an awful smell to the apartment. The railings are rusted outside and the apartment complex looks run down.
Do not rent form this place. They practice in racial and disability discrimination.
