I've lived at the Winds of Oak Forest for four years now and I truly enjoy it. If you live here long enough you become family. I call Lesly, the property manager and Mario, the maintenance man the dynamic duo because they are both at THE TOP of their game! If you have a need, complaint, or maintenance it's taken care of the same day or next, no later.
Great place, great manager, and the maintenance staff goes above and beyond getting things fix.. Property always looks good, and the pool is always clean looking.
I love the great customer service I recieve any time I call and my friends loves everyone who works at this location! The property is always beautiful!!!
I've been living at the Winds for almost a year now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The management team is always friendly and responsive, addressing any concerns or maintenance requests promptly. The amenities are top-notch, including a well-kept laundry facility, a beautiful pool area, and a playground for children. The location is fantastic, with easy access to dining and gas stations. The apartments themselves are modern, well-maintained, and have a good floor plan. I highly recommend the Winds to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live!
This is my 2nd year at Winds of Oak Forest. I’ve never had one problem. I feel completely safe whether it be early morning or late at night. Very well lit. Lesly put my mind at ease when I first moved here from out of state. I have never rented an apartment sight unseen & although I was nervous about it, Lesly made sure there were no problems when I arrived. Clean & quiet. Couldn’t ask for a better property manager. Mario, our maintenance technician, does a phenomenal job taking care of the entire complex. He goes above & beyond what you’d think maintenance should do. Always respectful, extremely professional & courteous to his tenants. I asked if he could take my A/C units out & not only did he do this the very next day, when I came home from work, he had neatly put them back in their original boxes so all I had to do was close them up & put away in a closet. Couldn’t be happier! Thanks Lesly & Mario.
I love it here. I've been here almost a year its been great. I owned a home in the country for 20 years but Lesly made my transition to apartment living great. Couldn't ask for a better place or manager.
Let me tell you about how awesome the property manager Lesly is. She got me and husband taken care of and moved in same day when we put our move in date for ASAP and both herself and her team made that happen they themselves did not have to go the extra mile to make it happen.No complaints just happy, my children and husband are happy. Great place to live if your looking for a nice apartment with great service. I give it 10 out of 10 and she is has been awesome with working with me on my rent it has been tough with my husband loosing his commission over His company Changing their policies. thank you Lesly for being awesome.
I loved my stay here and miss Lesly is excellent at management and would always go above and beyond in anything you need . Highly recommend
