Lived here for 5 years. Gene was an awesome property manager, he was always very helpful and friendly and repairs were always taken care of. Beautiful apartments.
These apartments are okay, but not worth the price. Great management though. Gene is always on top of everything to get things done for us.
Don’t waste your money at this place! The management doesn’t care about you or making the place nice for you. They only care about getting the most money out of you. Also, this place is cheap! The carpet got bunched up and came off the floors, my microwave broke, my dishwasher broke, my oven broke, the flooring was peeling up, there was mold in the bathroom, the water is black and goopy at times, my fan fell from the ceiling and just hung there by the wires, the list goes on and on. Also the neighbors smoked all the time and management didn’t do anything about it even though it is a non smoking place. This place was a joke. Seriously. Do not waste your money on this place at all!

We always appreciate it when a past resident leaves feedback. Thank you for taking the time to let us know of your experience at Winding Ridge. The manager said your move out inspection went great and you left very happy! Also, you received most of your deposit back except for your final unpaid utilities. That's why this review is a bit confusing. You lived at Winding Ridge for 4 years! Yes, there were maintenance issues that arose which is not uncommon, especially over a 4 year period. I also see that the manager responded nearly every time within 24 hours and had the issue resolved. I am happy to send you all the records...maybe it would help you recall the times the management cared very much about making the place nice for you, and every other renter at Winding Ridge.
Lived at this property for several years, and really enjoyed our time here. The manager Gene was very responsive, professional, and wonderful to deal with!

These apartments are nice and I didn't't mind them at all. What I did mind was when we first moved in everything was dirty, we even sent photos to Lexington with the date that we took them. Also the patio blinds always broke off easily, and there were a few things that needed some fixing up. When I called the property manager, he asked me to fix them even though we turned in our check list within the time period they gave us. Also, the property manager gave out my phone number to the people who lived there previously. The property manager was always saying sarcastic things to me and would never help us out. I dreaded seeing him. When ever I had to talk to someone from the Lexington office, they were always nice EXCEPT the manger of Lexington. When I brought up the the property manager that he was not doing his job and also gave out my number, she tried to flip everything on me. We are so glad to be out. We recommend you DO NOT rent from Lexington. They are just money hungry, and will try and get as much money out of you as they can. They apartments themselves were good but the people who run this place are not helpful or reliable at all.

This place was a great location for our family of three. The management is awesome and always in contact with you if you have an issue. Our dishwasher was broke and we had a new one replaced within a week. About a month later our washer broke and within a week they also replaced it with a brand new One. It is a very clean environment with hardly any issues with our neighbors. I would highly highly recommend this place to anyone
The apartment is nice, you have a good sense of security with the main door to the build locked and your own apartment door as well. The on site manager is very nice to work with and knows what he’s doing. This is my second time living here. I have my own place now and moved out. I lived there about 10years ago and the on site manager was a lady, worst manager ever. But Gene is awesome! I’m glad they made that change.

Management is terrible if it isn't a plumbing or electrical issue it takes weeks for anything to be fixed, and have to retell the manager to get it done. the traffic going through is horrible everyone seems to think to go 30 miles an hour through the parking area is just fine, so if you have kids I would definitely rethink because bringing them outside there's nowhere for them to go. All in all, just very displeased, and can't wait for the lease to be up!
I would not recommend renting from Lexington Management! This company is completely crooked. The property manager of Winding Ridge at the time approached me asking me to move out early. She promised that if I moved out early I would not be charged anything and if the apartment was good I would receive my security deposit back. I moved out about a month and a half early and my security deposit was taken plus they charged me extra fees. I brought it up to Lexington Management that the property manager requested I move out early (not an eviction) and that she had someone who was renting my apartment (I have text messages to prove it). The company would not stand behind their property manager's mistake and nearly half a year later I am still dealing with this TERRIBLE company! The least the property manager could have done was be honest and tell me that no one was moving in so I could find a tenant to take my lease over myself. NEVER again will I rent from this company. I would NEVER recommend living here either. The company invades privacy and feels the need to micromanage everything!

Having trained site managers for Lexington Management for over 10 years, I can say that the situation you have described is not how our process works at all. I am sorry if there was a misunderstanding in how the move out process was explained to you, but without a name or apartment number, I can't actually verify anything about your residency. I would never recommend living here. Management is constantly micromanaging your life. I have lived in many apartments in my day and this is by far the worst place.
