The Windermere Cay community is a wonderful place to live. We will be celebrating our ten year anniversary of living here on Friday the 10th. We enjoy our community here at Windermere Cay, the apartments are very nice and spacious. The amenities are wonderful. The location is perfect as we are close to all kinds of entertainment, shopping, places to dine out, etc. The office staff here are wonderful. Jennifer and her team are extremely attentive to any concerns brought by residents. They schedule neighborhood events, including some wonderful food trucks that come to our community regularly. We would recommend Windermere Cay to anyone who is looking for a wonderful, safe, and welcoming community.

I have lived at Windermere Cay for about 7 years and love it here. When first looking in the WDW area, I had no knowledge of what was here. And soon learned that the apartment features, amenities, parking and location were important to me. So finding Windermere Cay with tons of my checkboxes was a huge win.

We have lived in the Windermere Cay community since October 2016. We cannot say enough about the wonderful office staff and maintenance team that keeps our community running so smoothly. Also the location is wonderful, easy access to shopping, entertainment, dining, schools etc.. Also all the wonderful amenities that are available to residents here in the Windermere Cay complex. Two wonderful pools, three outdoor kitchens with eating areas, a play area for children, and a play area for our dogs. Also a playroom, and a accessed controlled Amazon package delivery hub, as well as rotating food trucks that the office staff schedule to come to our community,and so much more. Even though our community is located very close to Disney, or community is actually very quiet and neighbors are friendly. Windermere Cay is a great apartment community!

When searching for an apartment, Windermere Cay’s website was extremely user friendly in that I could search for the floor plan that I liked in the area of the community that I preferred. The leasing staff were helpful and knowledgeable and any questions or concerns I had were immediately addressed.

The team members, including our office staff and maintenance personnel, at Windermere Cay are always helpful.

Windermere Cay is a wonderful apartment community to live in. My wife and I have lived here for eight and a half years now. The entire staff here are wonderful people to interact with and all do the jobs to perfection. They are all very attentive to individual or community needs or issues. Also Windermere Cay's amenities here are property are great to have at your disposal. The two pools, three outdoor kitchens, a wonderful gym that has been updated numerous times with great equipment. There's a playground for families with young children, a dog park for our furry friends, as well as a play room with a pool table and such, a business center as well as our own Amazon locker hub at the leasing office that's accessible 24hrs a day. There are also food trucks that come into our community, that are coordinated by one of the office staff. We cannot say enough about what a joy we have found to live in the Windermere Cay community. Windermere Cay is a pleasant community that takes pride in their cleanliness and kindness. Moving here has been great from start to finish. Easy online application. Additionally, communication was great when I needed more clarification during the application process and the days leading up to the move in date. The actual move in day itself was a quick process in the leasing office. The staff here are truly kind and ready to help you in any way they can. With only living here for almost a month now, I have to say I love it here and my new home.

Windermere Cay has been a great experience for me being my first time renting an Apartment.

I love living at Windermere Cay. The location is great, property is well maintained, maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner, property managers are very helpful.

It's always wonderful service here. Workers are courteous, very friendly. You can easily start a conversation. The work is always so fast here and they make sure to keep everything clean.

I strongly believe the living experience at Windermere Cay is excellent. I have been here on 3 going on 4 years. The staff, including our maintenance workers, are always available to help us. Not only are the residents part of this community but the maintenance workers as well. We always get greetings whenever they pass by us. We are always acknowledged.

Absolutely love living here! Best apartment living experience, with lots of amenities and unique issues we’re always addressed quickly and friendly. The staff are all really cool down to Earth people. We’re buying our first house so we are leaving but it will be a tearful goodbye.

Windermere Cay is not just an apartment, it's a community. Both the people and the view of a certain kingdom are nothing less than magical!

Its a nice quite, friendly, and well maintained complex. With nice extra features. The apartments are a little older and appliances are fine. But over all nice place to live near great attractions and shopping too.

Lived here three years now. Love it! See fireworks from our couch every night! Staff and maintenance are all great! Very quick to help. Friendly!! Absolutely, no complaints!!! They do a great job throwing fun community parties through the year for all occasions. -Sue H-

Desde el momento que estuve buscando opciones para mudarme a comunidades diferentes, si bien mi objetivo eran varios, precio y ubicación, pero lo mejor siempre fue la atención en este caso la del Sr. Eddie y después en el proceso hasta lograr conseguir la aprobación fue de gran dedicación de su parte, muy feliz, después en la bienvenida al recibir mis llaves la Sra. Jennifer fue otra persona de gran ayuda y apoyo… también al estar en contacto con uno de los del personal del mantenimiento el Sr. José también es una persona muy diligente y cortez a la hora de dar su apoyo. Gracias a todos y no dudaría que todo el equipo que trabaja para Windermere Cay serán así. Sigan dando lo mejor!!!

Windermere Cay Apartments has been home to my wife and I for eight years as of last month. We cannot say enough about how much we enjoy our community here. The property manager Jennifer and her entire office staff and maintenance staff are the greatest. They're very attentive to the residents needs and concerns, and get any issue resolved quickly. The amenities here at Windermere Cay are wonderful as well, such as outdoor kitchens, two beautiful pools, a great gym, dog park and so much more. Also Windermere Cay's location is wonderful as it's centrally located to the attractions, great dining experiences, entertainment, etc . Thank you Windermere Cay!

I've living in this community fir three years, love the food trucks sometimes more than once weekly and the ocassional parties for the residents. The response to maintenance issues is excellent.

Windermere Cay is a wonderful place to live. All the residents I’ve interacted with are polite and friendly. The community is quiet but full of life. It’s clean, well kept and well managed. The front office is a dream to work with and the online app and portal are so easy and simple to use. Onsite Maintenance is quick, effective and professional. All and all, Windemere Cay is a lovely place to live!

We love living at Windermere Cay. The location is ideal and close to many shops, services and restaurants. The community is very clean and well kept. The fitness center is very nice as well as the pool areas. The staff at WC are always approachable and helpful.

Owned our own home for 50 years. First rental experience and it’s the best! The negative reviews have not proven to be true. Great place to live! Love the Disney vibe…… everywhere!

Eddie and Freddie are amazing workers, but maintenance is not great at all. Was told my washer was fixed when it wasn’t. Haven’t been able to do my laundry since I’ve moved in. I’ve had to lug all my laundry to a family members house every few days.

The negative reviews we read before moving in have turned out to all be false. This place is “a best kept secret”……. Love it here!!! Very friendly place to live.

Windermere Cay is a great place for families. I feel safe here and the community is well maintained as well. Grounds are typically free of trash and debris. Staff are super friendly. The smoke free community is a huge plus for our family. We are loving it here! Best community we’ve ever lived in since moving to Florida in 2012!

Love living there. The location is excellent for me, love the food trucks. The only thing I dislike is that they don't clean the breezeways on a regular basis, neither the elevator or the entrances. The entrances are frequently covered with leaves.

Love calling Windermere Cay home. Proud to live here. Service is amazing, staff is so professional and kind (Always), grounds are well maintained. Definitely believe when it comes to having all boxes checked in this area, WC is where to be.

We moved to the Windermere Cay community in 2016, from the New England area and have enjoyed our little community since getting here. The location is centrally located to so many things too do, but yet quite peaceful. The front office staff and the maintenance team are very attentive and helpful in resolving issues that may arise.

Windermere Cay is a very beautiful community with kind residents and kind office staff. My husband and I have only been here for about 3 weeks and we love it already. Our dog loves it too! The floor plans are very nice, there’s plenty of areas for walking and it’s a pretty quiet community (besides the fireworks of course!).

We have been living at Windermere Cay for almost seven years, and couldn't be more happy with the choice we made to live in this community. The amenities available such as the gym, pools, the Amazon hub on-site, etc. To the great front office and maintenance team, have made our transition from Maine to Florida extremely easy. The location of the Windermere Cay community is perfect, as it's out of the way but yet so close to so many fun things to do as well as shopping and places to dine out. We find Windermere Cay a Wonderful place to live.

I absolutely love living at Windermere Cay and am so happy to have found this place. The apartment is spacious and I have a beautiful view of the lake in the back. The office space is ideal for me working from home. The community is clean and quiet. The staff is incredible so kind and always helpful.
