Windemere Villas is a hidden gem in Leesburg. I love that all of the units are on the first floor which is perfect for seniors. The residence and the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend this community.
Renovated with up to date features. The owners are investing a lot to update and maintain the property's upkeep now.
I have lived at Windemere Villas for a few months and it is a beautiful community. The grounds are immaculate, management is always available and this is truly maintenance-free living! Recent renovations included new screened patios and many other nice upgrades. This is a very quite, safe and completed fenced community that is convenient to The Villages (without the high prices) and all Lake County has to offer. You will love it!
I would just like to say that I live at Windermere Villas and this place is amazing it's quiet it's very clean very well kept and anything that could possibly go wrong gets resolved immediately the staff here is awesome I'm close to all the restaurants and stores it's really a wonderful place it's very quiet it's fenced-in we also have two laundry rooms here on site which makes it very convenient and this is where I plan on spending my retirement so if you're 55 and older and you're looking for a great place to live this would be the place it's perfect and the rent is very reasonable we have great parking facilities here on site also the property just went through Renovations first of the year everything here looks great new paint new shutters new parking lot new fencing new barbecue grills and patios fence and property also back patios are all screen inside the apartments are very spacious new paint new vinyl flooring also LED updated lights and appliances
I've lived at Windermere villas for a short time but so far things are great here the parking is great the residence here fine the management is awesome also the on-site laundry rooms are great we're all so close to shopping schools and being a 55 and up community has been a plus for us my wife and I are having a great time living here at windemere villas the management company couldn't be more helpful the maintenance staff is great the management staff is great here at windemere villaswe enjoy cooking out at the pergola with the barbecue grills in the patio sets that they offer here at windemere villas as a senior looking forward to retirement windemere villas is very quiet usually of evening you could hear a pin drops here overall I would recommend living at windemere villas is a great place
No courtesy at all. When I sent my sister in law to be sure that the application it was received. The man was un respect with her. Never answer the phone or return call even when I did leave a massage with my phone number and name. Thanks for nothing .

The Windemere Management Office was closed for about four months while the property underwent extensive renovations to become Lake County's newest 55 Plus Community. If you are still interested in one of our beautifully renovated apartments please contact the office which is now open Monday through Friday. Our manager will be happy to show you an apartment and assist you with completing an application. During the renovation construction personnel were using the property office. Construction personnel are not involved in leasing and understandably would have no knowledge about pending applications. We apologize for any misunderstanding.
