The appliance maintenance is shoddy, often times waiting weeks to get to requests - I have an outstanding request from at least two months ago that has yet to be addressed. The walls are paper thin and your neighbors are inconsiderate jerks who will yell and blast music at all hours of the day and night. And don't even get me started on the three times I found POOP in the laundry room and stairwells. Don't move here until they clean up their act.

I am not going to lie...the studio apartment was FILTHY upon move in. I swear the amount of dirty I swept and mopped up is disgusting. Let alone the old food dried on the walls in the kitchen....For the most part the apartment complex is quiet, but you can still hear people talking especially in the hallways. Overall, I am happy with the apartment. The rent is cheap, once you clean it up it is very nice, and Marsha has made it EXTREMELY easy to move in. If you are looking for a little fixer-upper for an apartment that is super cheap, this is the place to go.

The new management company here has made a huge positive impact on my experience. The grounds are cleaner and taken care of, the office staff is friendly and actually helpful, and when I've had a work order it's been taken care of by the next day. The rent is extremely affordable and I never have an issue finding parking, plus I love being so close to the downtown area and right down the street from the mall.

Office personnel has always been kindhearted and understandable to our needs. They have always worked very hard on trying to get things in the apartment that are broken, fixed and are very professional in their work at Windcrest.

I am a happy tenant of windcrest Apartments. I have been living here for almost 2 years with my daughter. I have no complaints and i am very satisfied tenant. The people are very polite, professional and caring. And do whatever they can to work with you and keep the tenants happy.! Also if you ever need maintenance they have a amazing maintenance crew... this is a great place to live.!

I HAVE BEEN STAYING HERE FOR TWO YEARS I HAVE SEEM A CHANGE...kids are actually able to play outside n peace..maintenance actually comes out and fix the problems you have (no half work jobs)...the management and worker are very resspectful And understandable..they residence is they number one priority...the crime rate have drop since I been living here am very happy with the changes thy have made and continue to make come in check it out..

I've been living out in the windcrest apartments for about five years now and thanks to new management this past year things have been looking up the area has become much more family friendly I say this because I have three children and really want them to be safe and trully appriciate all the work being done to make the windcrest community a better more safer place not only renovating and cleaning up the are management really watches out for each tenant and does there best to help the community.. this place been change lots better then years ago wasn't but now this is much better and more cleaner and good maintenance doing a great job fixing thing up and keep place safety really happy this place look lots back and less crime here feels more safe and happy hope this new owner stay for a long time love this change and lots safer

Been here for almost a year and has been very professional and helpful while I've been here. When I had an issues with anything in my apartment they were quick to respond. Good place to stay so far.

Windcrest is a decent and affordable place to live . They’re close to shopping centers , restaraunts, and I like that it’s close to highway 74. Windcrest looks a lot better now due to the new landscaping projects and a change of management

I have been resident of Edge Brook on Neil Street for a year. our neighborhood is well maintained, Quiet with a good neighborhood and especially an office active, respectful but strict concerning the well being of the neighborhood and the insurance of the service. avoid polymerizing and reducing our neighborhood. now we are in security and very pleased with the new staff at the Windcrest Apartment office.

With the new owners of the property there has been much improvement in area! There's security, lawn care, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely fashion. Their leases are flexible, the people are friendly and proactive! The rooms are of a comfortable size and I am pleased with the work that's being put in to make this area even more grand!

I highly suggest WindCrest Apartments to all. The staff are so helpful,respectful and polite. This was a great choice for me and my small family. I have lived here for 3.5 Years and i have actually enjoyed all of the time that i have been leasing here. This place is very affordable, with that being said i definitely would suggest this to all college students, and anyone who is living on a budget. The maintenance team is very polite and friendly while still maintaining a professional vibe. I will definitely be continuing my lease here. Ive been at Windcrest for 1.5 years and I have nothing but great things to say. The hallways, parking lot, and lawn are all well kept. And being so close to the major roads and highway definitely has its advantages. Would recommend for college students!

This is a awesome secure community. Extremely quiet neighborhood for children and college students. On site laundry facilities and more. Great place to move and definitely affordable.

I've really enjoyed living here while I attend school. It is not too far from most grocery stores as well as a gas station and the mall. There is plenty of space for my roommate and I to live comfortably in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath. I feel very safe here at Windcrest. The main doors lock from the outside and there are cameras all throughout the stairs and the hallways. it's really a great place to live, especially for a college student.

When I moved in this place needed maintenance help badly. I've been staying here for 6 months now I definitely see the changes coming along within Windcrest. The Office is looking very nice, clean, and well kept up to part. Maintenance is handling business accordingly. Management is taking care of tenants very well. I'm very impressed with the management and the property. Windcrest Apartments comes with Sercurity doors on every building and a Sercurity Monitor that's service the complex 24/7. Thanks Windcrest

My apartment is great. I like it. The landscape design is coming out fantastic. We have security. The new maintenance men are handling the work orders on time. The people in office are great and enjoy their job. It's quiet.

For me, Windcrest apartment is a great place to live. I've already renewed my lease for the second year, so don't believe everything u hear,come check it out for yourself.

I've had my studio apartment with Windcrest since April 2017 and am very impressed with the management and the property. They continue to make improvements, upgrading the apartments in my building with new appliances, paint, and carpets. The complex includes security doors on all apartment buildings, and a private security service that monitors the complex 24/7. Any issues I have had, which were minor, were immediately addressed within 24 hours. The location is ideal, with many stores and businesses conveniently located near the complex.
