Wind Tree

The walls were extremely thin, you could hear the neighbors doing their business, people fighting outdoors. Hell there was a time that we heard a couple having a physical altercation inside their own unit, which the building was about 10-15 ft away from mine. While i was inside of our own unit with tv playing. - extremely thin walls. The AC units are extremely outdated. Ours never cooled down the unit. Our upstairs unit would reach 86° and it took maintenance/front office about a year and half to get us a new efficient one. We weren’t the only tenants with this issue. Our neighbor also had a dog and same issue and maintenance seemed to “never find an issue because it pushes out cold air” well, if it was pushing out cold air wouldn’t you think it could actually cool down the unit?? Dog owners never picked up their dogs waste, constant broken sprinklers so the grass would always be ice during winter. Window and door seals were broken. Cement steps for the staircases would break or feel extremely dangerous to step on. End of the day, don’t rent here unless you’re really nosey with your neighbors business, or enjoy living in 90° apartments in the peak of summer, or simply want to dive into a place that seems nice for the price but ends up being crap that you shouldn’t of used your money on.

I have zero complaints living here. Maintenance is always efficient and available. Front staff always communicates everything perfectly. The walkways and roads are always clean and the landscaping is on point all year round. This community is very quiet and peaceful.

Maintenance is very prompt and courteous. The managment is very helpful and answers all questions to the best of their ability. My family and I enjoy living here!

I have nothing bad to say about living here. Staff goes above and beyond, customer service is 10/10, maintenance is attentive in a timely manner, its located in a great area, I will definitely be re-newing our lease.

Beautiful outside but the inside is a bit dated. Our biggest issue right now is the AC which is important since we reach the 100s in EP. Cools most of the apartment but the air doesn't blow in the rooms. Maintenance and management didn't find anything wrong and tried to help as much as they can. It's still hot in my room. If anyone is thinking of moving in and is big on the temp in the apartment, just keep that in mind because no one informed us. No hate to management because they tried to accommodate to our complaints.

Maintenance usually takes care of my issues immediately. I like that.

Great quiet community, the manager and employees are very courteous and make sure everything is up to our satisfaction and any problems we have get fixed. Its a great community to live in!

Covid-19 is a new way we have to change how we experience life, apartments arent able to be previewed before signing your lease. So its hard to understand why during this time certain COVID guidelines or exceptions arent put into place. I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with my apartment yet all that can be done according to a staff member is the lease could be canceled I will still be charged the full year and it will be reported to the credit. Windtree has made me feel as though they do not care about the well being of their community members I just moved in and am already extremely disappointed of this complex.

We have been part of this community going on 4 years. We have never had any problems that haven't been solved immediately. The office staff and maintenance staff have always been professional, prompt and caring. Thank you Windtree for making my home somewhere I never want to leave.

Quality of work is above the standard

The floor plans are very spacious, the amenities are awesome, and the grounds are beautiful. And all for an extremely reasonable rate. Also they are the only apartments that had hookup for gas dryer, which is what I have. Maintenance team is Johnny on the spot, and office staff is very helpful and friendly.

Been living at Wind Tree going on 8 months now, A very peaceful environment A very clean complex, I love how well lighted it is at night. I love the ladies at our office very sweet courteous and always ready to help. I hope when my lease is up I will definitely continue to renew. I love our two maintenance gentlemen they are always so respectful, helpful, and greet you every morning when their out and about the complex.Thank You Wind Tree for making it a pleasant place to live

Good community, quiet for the most part. Buildings are older but maintained well. Maintenance does their best to help you and management is pretty nice as well. Overall good experiences so far!

Havnt lived at Windtree Apartments long,but I must say they take pride in their community, how well its kept, very clean, well lid up at night, very peaceful place to live at, great staff, we have covered parking which is a bonus for me the apartments are very well kept updated, my favorite feature aside from washer/dryer connections how big and beautiful my patio is, my kitchen as well so much counter space. Very Happy With My Decision To live at Windtree

My husband and I recently moved into the Windtree apartments on Trawood after looking at a number of apartments and being disappointed with the money they were asking for the square footage. Windtree, however, offered a wonderful price for their square footage, and with the monthly specials that we were given they offered us a deal we couldn't refuse! Windtree is a green oasis located in a bustling neighborhood full of restaurants, grocery stores, and fitness centers. We're excited to see what the rest of the year brings for us here at the Windtree apartments!
