Property Ratings at Wimbledon
So few options and the cost of living going up, it was okay. Loud lower next door neighbors slamming door in the middle of the night. The staff was nice and quick to fix issue’s. When i first moved in the rent was 975, its almost doubled for a one bedroom. I suggest renting a house because your neighbors are going to be loud. At least with a house you got distance between each other.
My husband and I and our twin boys moved here about a year ago coming July, we love it!! The staff is very nice, maintenance is always fast, they have 24hr maintenance and they come within 30min after you call. It isn’t very updated but that’s okay!! My only complaint is that upstairs is carpet even in the dining room area (only a problem since I have kids lol). Great first apartment!!!!
It sounds good!! but these apartments are not on the luxury scale at all. They slang the word around in order to over charge people. They have a lot of upgrading and changes to make in order to call it an "Luxury Apartments" and, then, the overpriced complex would make more sense. Right now, they are Mid-Average.
We moved here 10 months ago from FL, and our apartment complex is awesome! Great neighbors and staff, as well as a really nice apartment!! We're so glad that we moved here, it's close to shopping and banking as well!!
This place is pure trash. The amount of break ins and theft here is ridiculous. Why in the world do they have so called "security" if they do nothing but sleep in their cars all night?! Not only was my car broken into but there have been entire cars stolen from the property, one of my neighbors' bikes was stolen, and I can only imagine what else happens. They have a sign saying management is not liable for theft, so I can only assume this is nothing new to them, and they go through security companies like dirty socks (three that I'm aware of in the 10 months I've been here) With the fact that they're completely and utterly overpriced, you'd think they'd care a little bit more about their residents. Like the otjer reviwered said there was roaches everywhere when I first moved in, the rent is going up even more, management is a joke. I've almost been here a year and I can't wait for my lease to be up, there's a reason why there's so many move outs and empty apartments right now.
Dec. 2017. Do not rent at Wimbledon. They increase the rent an average of 10% every year and now they have joined the game of "nickel and dimming". Tenants now have to pay for trash collection and water and the funny thing is that there are no water meters in the building; how do they figure out how much water each tenant is using? I guess that conservative tenants now have to pay for the ones that waste the water. Who knows what other thing they will come up with to squeeze every penny out of the tenants. Look somewhere else.
Very Poor Unprofessional staff . The Wimbledon Apartment Complex IS NOT A LUXURY APARTMENT , low budget nothing is upgraded and is kept very dirty . The area is nice but stay away from the Wimbledon Apartment complex .
Wow, these are probably the best apartments to live at. I just moved in about a month ago with my husband and so far our experience here has been amazing. The property management on site are friendly, professional and they are always willing to work with you. You feel like they truly care about you. Brooke (manager) has been nothing but good to us, if we have any problems or concerns she is on it. It is super clean and very quiet. I would definitely recommend the Wimbledon apartment to my friends and family. Keep up the good work!!
I must say I was very hesitant when searching for apartments in the high desert. This community makes me feel like I am in Orange County . as if I never left. The neighbors are courteous and actually like living here. Thank you for making me feel at home
This is our very first apartment. We fell in love with this apartment the very first time we got a tour. We love everything here. The complex is gated, and there is a security patrolling the complex, so it feels safe. Management and maintenance staff is very friendly. Apartment is very spacious, the upstairs units have washer/dryer hook-ups (which is what we were looking for). All units have 2 patios/balconies. Living at this complex makes you forget that you are in the high desert with all the greenery. This was also a plus since we come from LA County. We looked at other apartments and none would beat these, considering the amenities, price and community. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a great place to call home at an affordable price.
The Wimbledon Apartments are an oasis is the desert of Victorville, CA. Spacious one bedroom apartments offer hardwood floors and two patios. Equipped with central air and two outdoor patios this is a wonderful place to live. Covered parking and storage compartments allow you to store anything you need. The complex also offers on site laundry, tennis courts, a swimming pool, and a rec center. The buildings are well maintained and seem brand new. I enjoy living here and am happy to have found this complex.
