Property Ratings at Wilton House
I am finishing up my 4th year here and I love the convenience of the location. My neighbors are polite and quiet. Recently, the manager has made some great updates to the property and I look forward to year 5.
I've lived here 4 years now. I've lived through a few property managers and owners. I enjoy the pool and the friendly neighbors. For me, it's all about the location. I love and work in Wilton Manors, so it is perfect for me and the price is right!
I been here 5 years they have done a lot work around the property painted all the doors. The office manager does a lot of great things. And a great manger. Great place to live.
Very grateful for Marylin's help from day one; very professional and I am happy since they meet my expectations; a clean, tidy and safe place I recommend it
I don’t plan to move anytime soon, I’ve been living here for a few months now and I do enjoy the quietness of the community. However, there are many issues that should be addressed: - very few washer/dryers to share - delivery of anything is virtually impossible, unless someone opens the gate for the delivery personnel, due to them disabling the punch code for the front gate - landscaping is atrocious - paint in apartments is the worst quality possible - management is non-existent, thankfully I already expected that when I rented the space. The duo at the management office have no clue what they are doing. - maintenance requests get reviewed days, sometimes a week, later. Hope these things improve so I can continue to live here.
Stay away from this complex unless you have no other option. Management will not return your security deposit. I moved out of this community October 31, 2020. After several emails and phone calls, there has been no response from the Property Manager. To date they still owe me 780.00. The only good thing about this place is that you don't have to go to the zoo to see the animals. They have more than enough rats, snakes, roaches and iguanas to keep you scared for your life and entertained.
Where I live is ideal for anyone who has a well balanced life of activities, socializing, & relaxation. Located 10 minutes from Downtown Ft. Lauderdale, 10 minutes from the beach & in the center of an art filled colorful community that makes anyone feel right at home & WELCOME! I am home every time I open my eyes & realize where I live & for that I am grateful!
The Palm Garden Apartments located in Wilton Manors, FL, has 1,2 and 3 bedrooms with 1 and 2 baths. Over 900 square feet. Very Spacious. Walk in closets, laundry facilities on each floor, open corridors. Close to shopping center, restaurants, entertainment and the beach. Family oriented. Excellent school district.
