The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Cameron
Pool was wrecked due to uncivilized teenagers. 3 shootings in the last 3 months. One of the apartments was sprayed with bullets. Management could care less about your safety!
You can hear everything next door, so if your neighbors want to have a screaming match at 4 in the morning you have a first row seat, or if they want to have a raging party on a week night. Our fence was falling off and we asked for it to be fixed and they bolted it on crooked so we could barely get it open. When we called about it they didn't put it on straight they just cut a chunk out of it. Then we had a small flood in our house because of a clogged AC unit, but before they fixed that they replaced the water heater because they assumed that was leaking ( at least that meant we finally got warm water). To open one of the two drawers in the kitchen you have to open the oven because of the way they put it in. The masking tape that was just painted over in some of the rooms. The pet "fee" which I was told was a deposit is $250. They do not say that on the lease or any were else but their ledger, so even if you leave the place better then when you moved on they are going to take you $250. I don't know about you but I really hope that they take the $250 and actually improve on something. Maybe actually calling people back, or the one time getting back to them it is no a text message from someone with no customer service experience at all.
Bed bugs that they guarantee aren't there but never spray for. Incredibly old appliances and HVAC units that will cost you hundreds in utility costs. Incredibly empathetic staff that leads you to believe they know how bad it is here but just dont care anymore. Elusive owners that dont give a hoot about basic human needs, but only care that you can line their pockets with your hard earned money. Renters beware. Pay a little more and live comfortably. You will be safer under a bridge in a cardboard box.
This is complex needs major improvements, inside and out. Very outdated interiors. Don’t be fooled by any of the online featured pictures or positive reviews. It does not look like that inside any of the units! The walls are paper thin so you hear neighbors constantly. The passing traffic is loud, especially during the summer. There is a vermin issue in most buildings. Maintenance is very slow to process work orders. My ceiling has water damage from a leaky roof. Whenever I use my tub, it leaks into my kitchen. Nothing was done about it after I reported it. My water heater burst and leaked everywhere but no carpet replacement offered or even a cleaning done. The kitchen is so incredibly small that two people cannot be in it without bumping into each other. The worst part of living there is your utility bill. I had a $300 bill each month and that’s the norm but it gets higher in the winter. Do yourself a favor. Use that extra money and go live at more upscale place. You’ll thank me later.
I think my townhouse is a perfect fit for anyone. It has two bedrooms. One full bath and a half bath. Laundry room and the bedrooms are up stairs. The closet space is very big walk in closet in master bedroom. Nice size kitchen rather you have a family or not. The lawn service is included in rent so you want have to worry about that. It has a area in the back you can grill in if your desire too. Off site it is a pool and area you can actually swim and just enjoy yourself . These townhouses are right down the street from grocery store, food places and shopping centers. Everything is all in a close loop to each other included schools . Perfect way to start a great dream home.
The property is clean and safe but our apartment has old appliances that keep breaking. The stove has broken and been fixed. Our water heater burst. And our a/c unit is old and must be recharged every year.
I have 2 bedroom apt with 1 1/2 baths in a large townhome. it is a clean landscape and quiet area with a pool and fitness room. Management is friendly and efficient. A great apartment for the rent amount.
Wilson Woods are not energy efficient at all I would not recommend no one to move here. The rent is affordable but when it comes to utilities the bills are ridiculous.
