Property Ratings at Wilson Meadows
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!! The apartments my wife and I are currently in used to be owned and operated by a different company. They were well maintained, cleaned, they watered the lawn automatically every day during the summer, mowed regularly and always cleaned up well, they plowed and salted promptly during the winter. Literally, not a single complaint. However, last August our apartment complex was sold to Koble. The difference was immediately noticeable. First thing we noticed, was they stopped watering, so the grass burned out within a couple weeks. They only mowed once between August and November, leaving huge piles of grass clippings everywhere. Eventually the piles dried up, and started blowing around. Over the winter, they rarely plowed, and when they did they would leave huge piles of wet sloppy snow in front of the garages, which would eventually freeze and turn into solid blocks of ice that we would have to remove ourselves or we couldn't get out of the garage. They refused to salt anywhere, which was a huge problem since last year we had TONS of FREEZING RAIN that winter turning our unplowed parking lot into an ice rink. My wife fell, which upset me deeply, so I contacted them communicating my frustrations and the email I received basically read, "we don't salt parking lots, deal with it". Then this spring, they "trimmed" the bushes outside, basically hacking them down to nothing, and leaving all the clippings behind. They remain there to this day. They stopped cleaning the communal entrance and laundry room. It got so gross one of our neighbors took it upon herself to clean it. In summary, these people are total crooks. If you can, stay away at all costs. I've rented from people that charge significantly less for rent, and maintain the building infinitely better. We are moving out as soon as possible, as are 3 other tenants in our wing, and I'm sure there will be more to come. STAY AWAY!!!
