A good place to live and very quiet,I enjoy it a lot and I am close to everything I need,it is a good area and and very safe I recommend it,Good location.

Rent is overly priced for run down units. Amenities aren’t even amenities. Laundromat machines are always dirty or broken. Only upside to these apartments is location.

We enjoy living here so far! The community is peaceful and quiet, management is extremely helpful, and the general area is very safe and calm. The apartment is spacious and meets our needs. The downside we faced upon moving in was the condition of the apartment - it was very dirty, and there was a lot to clean. A lot of problems, things broken, as well. We spent weeks doing a deep clean and are technically still not done. However, we like it overall and are happy to be living here.

The community is peaceful, lots of greenery especially in our patio. The services that me and my husband request get fixed as soon as possible. Overall, a pretty good apartment complex to live in.

Nice place to live. Close to the school. And everyone is really very friendly. Pool is fun for the kids. The apartment is also in a convenient location

You get what you pay for it not the beta not the worst. the best part is the neighborhood and it’s quiet. The buildings are old and a bit outdated but they are starting to update things.

It's a great place to live it's a really peaceful place to live in and there's a strong sense of community neighbors are great and there's always someone walking there dog. Another positive thing about this community is that there s never been a safety issue there's a real feeling of calm even at night all in all this place has a warm welcoming energy that makes you feel like you belong I couldn't be happier then calling it home

Office staff is very pleasant and helpful, maintenance staff is always sweet and speedy. The community overall is very nice, area is quiet but has good stores and other resources

Willows on Weidman is a terrible place to live. Despite the steep cost of rent and fees, facilities and amenities are in disrepair. Apartments feature multiple 50 year old appliances (stove/oven, furnace) that are dysfunctional and even dangerous. While living there, my furnace caught on fire and I was told by office staff that this was not considered an emergency. The emergency maintenance phone line was also broken, leaving me to deal with a fire hazard on my own over the weekend. Maintenance will also enter your unit without you home, even if you specifically ask them not to. There are no in-unit washer dryers or hookups and the shared laundry room residents get access to is dirty and expensive ($2 for each small washer/dryer cycle) and many machines are broken, or will take your money and then not work. The parking lot full of giant potholes, and even sinkholes in some parts. The parking lot is also covered with screws and other hazards left by contractors (me and other residents have all ended up with screws in car tires). Contracted electricians also damaged inside of my unit and issue was not fixed by apartment staff. In general, management is NOT helpful in fixing any of the above issues and has belittled me many of the times I’ve tried to work with them to resolve these issues. Complex also uses electric for heating and cooling (paid for by the individual and not included in utilities charge), which means you can expect very high heating costs in the winter (it doesn’t help that none of the doors or windows seal, making it very drafty and energy inefficient). Units also have issues with pests (roaches and brown recluses) and moisture. Finally, the shortest lease option is 15 months, which is an extremely long lease term meant to trap desperate residents who cannot afford to live elsewhere. There are nicer apartments for the same price down the street - live there instead!

Being here for 6 years, it’s quiet, and everyone is friendly including staff. The amenities are good, laundry mat and great pool side during the summer. Dog park for furry ones to enjoy running around.

Everything has been pretty good except for 2 things. Our AC was malfunctioning for over a year. We called mayenance numerous times and they couldn’t figure it out. This caused us to have to pay $400/month! We were hoping management would discount our rent or something but they didn’t even say sorry. Aside from that the roads are atrocious. Everything else has been a good experience

I just started moving in but my toilets were brown and black on the inside, all metal is rusty, and my apartment smells like pot all the time. I don’t smoke pot.

A nice area and nice enough apartments and amenities. The walls are super thin and I constantly hear my neighbors above me slamming things or doing the deed and it has ruined my peace.

You need to do general updates to roads!!!! There are way too many pot holes and deep cracks. This could be easy fixed with cold patch! FIX THE ROADS.

It nice to live here personally the amount of people here that have dogs are very nice and my dog has a lot of additional friends which always wears her out?

with all the fun lights around at night and the fine daily amenities, this community is just perfect for my current needs! Furthermore, the staff is so kind and the residents really seem to gravitate to each other, woohoo.

Location is the only real benefit of these apartments. The apartments are really outdated for the price in rent with no real amenities being offered; the laundromat is also a big disappointment.

Beautiful quiet place to live. School is at a walkable distance. The manager Jennifer is very good understands and takes care of any situation very professionally. Maintenance takes care of issues quickly. We love our place.

Fine place to live. Quick maintenance. Good location. Has good facilities. Don’t expect greatness, but enjoy a reasonable space to live for a decent price.

Living here has been amazing! I love our apartment so much! Maintenance is easy to reach, our balcony is absolutely beautiful, and we have so much space for hosting and having fun.

The residents and residency is very good well maintained I feel comfortable. The Nabiours are good the packing space are good its very maintained and clean.

The area is so quiet despite being less than a minute from busy Manchester road, and it feels safe here. The staff is always putting on fun little events, and the people around here are pretty friendly.

Generally peaceful and quiet community, and affordable. Maintenance responds well when needed. I've enjoyed living here and may continue to do so for quite a while.

Needs some updates to apartment and some preventative maintenance instead of trying to fix this as they go. Quite neighborhood and great neighbors!

I like it, it's peaceful. The road inside the community can be improved but it's not a big deal, still should be. People are nice in the locality and I like the vibe of the place.

Good location, Willows on weidmans is a great community to be a part of, beautiful areas and so many things to do.It is fantastic as well being in a quiet neighborhood.

This place is very quiet and peaceful. Friendly neighborhood and yes maintenance team is great. The only thing that is missing is laundry room per unit. Otherwise this is a great place to live.

Great maintenance & office people. Great access to many stores within a mile or less. Its a great view driving home viewing tree lined Weidman Rd. Been a resident for over 20 years.

Neighbors rattle the walls with their music at all times of the night, asked for something to be done about it 4 different times no one did anything about it. Units are old and in desperate need of renovations/upgrade. Insulation is terrible; virtually non existent. Laundromat is a joke. Washers are all out of order and any available ones are absolutely disgusting and if you’re lucky to find a decent one it will probably rip your clothes. These apartments are old and run down but charge premium prices only because of location.

Everything has been good so far. Maintenance got here within a day and fixed everything we said needed to be fixed. Only complaint is that the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors.

Any issues we've had so far have been dealt with swiftly and efficiently, and the move in process was simple and painless. The community here seems pretty friendly, everyone minds their own business so far but isn't afraid to say hello. The unit we got is gorgeous and we're well on our way to having it fully decorated and furnished - I can't wait to have my family and friends see our new place!

So far everything has been amazing the apartment is perfect the staff are very helpful the accommodations are very nice and the community is great!

My experience here has been nothing but a good experience. The quietness of the area and overall it’s maintained pretty good. The washers and dryers seem to be a continuous issue and some have been broken for months, but other than that it’s not a bad place to live

The staff is amazing. Has a very nice lobby, feels very homey. When I need help they always explain how to fix it and walk me through it. The staff are very very nice and so kind to everyone.

There are a variety of places nearby where the apartments reside. A three star review will be given for the quality and service for Willows on Wiedman.

I read a lot of the negative reviews and they were very scary. After reading the reviews I had cancel my appointment. But after looking at other apartments I notice that all ten of them had a ton of negative reviews. So, I decided to make another appointment because I really love the area. I had no problem getting an appointment for a tour. I really like the loft style apartment. The apartment wasn't as bad as the reviews made it out to be. I put in an application online and was approved very quickly. The process was so simple and quick. The manager was out sick but they made sure somebody was in the office to take phone calls, etc. Everybody in the office were very pleasant to my son and I. My son is a competitive swimmer so he fell in love with the L shape pool. The laundry room was also very clean. The exercise room is a very comfortable size. My son exercise daily. It's really quiet out here. Most of the noise will be at the pool, lol!

Quite neighborhood, friendly neighbors but need to work on Communication between residents and staff ( when pool closed unexpectedly, when maintenance is coming into apartment .. general things )

Absolutely loving the community so far and how helpful the leasing office has been! I have been shocked by how clean the public spaces have been throughout my move in!

Leasing office always happy to help resolve my issues and maintenance is quick and would rather complete replace something than have it not work. Property itself is beautiful and in a very nice location

I love the new neighborhood & the guest & people who live here are so nice and helpful especially working the laundry room and the app. I would recommend anyone to live here

The apartments are clean and well maintained. The neighbors are friendly and the community has everything conveniently located.

I had an appointment at 11:30 AM on June 16. I travelled from Las Vegas to St. Louis and rented a car and drove to your apartment on time to have a tour. But nobody was in the office and it was locked. I tried to contact but none replied. I do not know if that happens before renting an apartment, then it is really frustrating! You do not care about one future resident but it is bad for the property's impression. Thank you. - Mainul Mamun

I moved in and had a broken shower, a broken sink, holes in cabinets, water stains, missing blinds and now my AC has been broken for AN ENTIRE MONTH with 100 degree weather. Go anywhere else you can afford.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost 4 months and we are regretting it. Everything seemed wonderful at first but everything went downhill starting with our move in date. We agreed on a move in date and booked a moving truck and friends to help for that morning. We called that morning just to double check on some things and they said we could not move in yet because the apartment wasn't ready. We had the moving truck all packed and ready and had to sit in our empty apartment for hours waiting to hear back from them. The 2 leasing agents were also giving us conflicting info as to why it was not ready. I could have forgiven all of that but everything in the apartment has been falling apart, literally. Maintenance always seems to be confused and takes weeks to come out for any issues. They do not tell you when they are going to come in to do maintenance or apartment updates. This morning my boyfriend got to wake up to our apartment flooding because of some plumbing updates they were making above us. They had no idea our apartment was even flooding. If my boyfriend had not been off work, we would have come home to the biggest mess. They did not even offer to help clean it or check the carpet for moisture damage. Overall, the experience has been awful and we feel like we were very deceived from the start. Counting down the days until our lease is up.

It came to thought that I needed a new apartment. A start of being w grown up. I came to prospect for that beginning. I ended up love it and it's a great location! It's nice, I get to have my space and that beginning I've always wanted.

We have a 3 bedroom apartment in Ballwin, MO and it is very nice and affordable for the area that it's in. It is right off of Manchester road and has an awesome open floor plan in the kitchen and living room. I love how I can be cooking in the kitchen and still be talking to people in the living room or watching tv because it's open. Also, I like how we have a loft for one of our bedrooms because the vaulted ceiling makes the apartment feel way bigger than it really is. All around I really enjoy living in this comfortable, clean, spacious, and affordable apartment with my two college roommates.
