place is gross, has roaches and bugs, pay for pest control yet when you request it they don’t come. pay for valet trash & they pick it up when they want to, some days not at all leaving animals to pick through it. management sucks, the hours aren’t correct & they barely answer the phone. rent prices are waaayyyy more somehow once you move in. DO NOT LIVE HERE! the dumpster area STINKS ways away & the whole place is just dirty with trash everywhere. also, the pool is never open & when it is, its DIRTY

Apartment is nice. Staff have been very accommodating and helpful. Seems they are very busy with the phone nonstop when you are there. Kristin has been very helpful getting my ac and hot water back to working order this week. Thank you for your quick action put in to place.
Office staff is lazy and don't want to do their jobs. Will not get up to greet you. Completely rude and unfriendly and unprofessional. Never answer the phone. Asked a current resident about the living experience. Says they never fixed their AC and it is over 85 degrees in the apartment.
Hello! I have lived here since January 2020 and it's been a good experience. I like that there is spacious area to let the kids play near the pool and there are areas to walk the animals. The only thing I dislike is the spiders.
DON'T LIVE HERE if you can avoid it. The new Hawthorne management will not help you if you have issues. My roommate and I arrived for a summer internship to a unit overwhelmed by the smell of cigarette smoke. It saturated my clothes and ruined several of my belongings. I asked the management for over four weeks to help resolve the issue and they did nothing to get rid of the smell or to compensate us for the cost of buying new things and dry-cleaning. Very disappointed. I would have tried to get out of the lease and move elsewhere if I were in town longer. There are better options nearby.
