Overall everything has been great. The few maintenance requests I put in were handled quickly and professionally. The pool could be kept up more when in season. The few times we went it was very dirty.

We’ve been moved in for less than a week and, as most people, rented the unit without seeing it. Since then it’s been an uphill battle discovering all the ways this place needs fixing up, something that should’ve been addressed prior to move in. A lot has been fixed in a short time span but the list has grown. Otherwise the apartment is nice. Great location, responsive team in the office, storage space included within the building.

Willowbrook is a very quiet and clean community. We’re close to so many different stores, everything is convenient! Maintenance is quick to respond. The amenities are a great plus as well!
So far so good! Maintenance requests are always handled same day, leasing office people are so nice and make living here fun. Recently they held an activity where we could find things around the property and win prizes! My neighbors are so nice, my dog has friends??

The best way to describe living in this community is that it is “fine.” It’s not bad, but it’s not great either. My apartment has all of the basic needs to get by, the appliances were new when I moved in, and the large windows are great for light. But there’s nothing special about it. Things have been painted over a million times, said large windows are very drafty, and there are always bugs every season - sometimes ants, sometimes spider crickets, so many spiders. The neighborhood itself is safe, clean for the most part, and there is ample parking. But there are also no sidewalks, the grass is pure mud for months on end with dog poop everywhere, the amenities are limited and don’t make sense (why is there a “putting green” that has never been used for its actual purpose, but not a single bench to sit on that isn’t directly next to the playground?), and it’s just overall sad and out-dated looking. This place serves its purpose as somewhere to live but it’s never felt like home.

Great overall location! Close to shops and grocery stores. The apartment noise is decent, which isn’t like most apartment complexes. The gym could be larger with more equipment and the overall apartment needed to be deep cleaned as I’m finding gross areas that were missed. I did a deep clean myself but I shouldn’t have had to, it should be what’s expected.

The walls are very thin. People don't tend to there dogs as the lease states and no action is taken. Packages are getting stolen from the front door. Morgan properties is now mandating Xfinity internet services to every unit which will increase the monthly cost and they are trying to claim this is a convenience or amenity.
Happy with apartment living. Maintenance is pretty quick to respond. Some updates to kitchen and bathrooms would be nice. Location is ideal for our family and the complex is relatively quiet.

I moved to Willow Brook from Sherry Lake. The staff here are fantastic! I have had some maintenance work done, and the staff were prompt and very efficient. The walls and floor seem to be thin, because I hear my upstairs neighbors fighting all the time. I wish they spoke English, so I knew what they were fighting about, lol! No complaints!! I'm retired now so I spend a lot more time about the property than I did when I first moved in a few months ago. This is a very safe community!! My neighbors are very pleasant and friendly. The property is dog and cat friendly too. So bring your furry family! I highly recommend moving here!!!

The fact that I could bring my dog with me is a huge plus. Overall, the complex is well taken care of on the outside. Most of the neighbors are very friendly. The pool was great during the hot summer months. The biggest drawback for me is that the places are old and not as updated as I’d like. My AC was not working much of the summer. There is no garbage disposal, the prongs in side my dishwasher are rusted and missing. Little things, if they were updated that would make it much better to live here.

Great location. Older complex, two levels and a small community. The dog park is small, pool is busy in the summer and the work out area is tiny. Residents walk in the evening and children play on the swing/play area.

Just arrived at Willowbrook. So far so good! Met some very nice neighbors. The location is optimal for our family. The leasing staff was very warm and friendly.

Clean, quiet community. We have young kids so the pool and playground are convenient and are well kept up with. The gym is also a great bonus.
So quiet and peaceful here. You wouldn’t even know it’s on a main road. No noisy neighbors and the maintenance staff is super on top of getting work orders done as soon as I put it in. Staff is always waving to me and checking in to make sure everything is good.
Clean and green community with friendly people. Staff is very responsive and maintenance team acts quick for any urgent issues. The streets are very well lit.
Great homely place - Located in close proximity to KOP Mall, Walmart, Acme and a bunch of eateries ranging from Indian, Chinese, American and Mexican. Wooden Floors, ample lighting and pleasant living experience
It was a rough start but I Love my apartment. The bedrooms are huge, the walk in closet is a great size and I love having a washer and dryer in my home.
Quiet and friendly community! You rarely hear your neighbors while in your apartment! Overall decent sized apartment with nice floors and amenities! Very dog friendly!
Great place to live, so quiet even being close to everything. That is the other plus, shopping is right across the street and close by so running errands don't take so long and that's a plus as then you can enjoy being home, as we both do. If you need something fixed it is super easy to submit online and they are quick to respond. Overall just a super place to live.

Overall experience is good. Staff has become better and more responsive which is a good sign. I have already completed my six years here and plan to continue at least one more year.
great place nice location gym is small but there's a planet fitness within walking distance. there's multiple grocery stores are all around
