Property Ratings at Willow Terrace Apartments
This apartment has been amazing! It is reasonable for college students, families, friends, and single housing residents!! This apartment complex is ran by management that is respectful to all who comply with the rules!! Willow Terrace has a free apartment application sign up and open availability for tours of the apartments every week day starting Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM!! This apartment complex has 4 curtesy officers that ensure this place stays safe and friendly!! I can’t name a better place to live and a home away from home than Willow Terrace has been!!!
From the start of my lease until the end, this apartment complex was a nightmare. The speed bumps coming in are a nightmare by themselves (even when you go the speed limit), and then you add in a mice infestation, horrible management that are hateful and will watch your every move, and parties in the parking lot at night, this apartment complex is a nightmare. You get what you pay for with this place!

Thank you so much for your review. So sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay at Willow Terrace. We totally understand you frustration with the speed bumps. Those are a nightmare! But they are there to keep the traffic at a slower pace so that you have time to get stopped if a child runs out or someone pulls out in front of you. No one has ever made us aware they had a rat infestation. When we get a complaint about a rat or bugs we get it resolved very quickly. We have 4 courtesy officers and a guy that helps us keep our parking lot quiet. There is not parties in the parking lot. The only people who complain about management are those who don't follow the rules and have to be warned and wrote up numerous times. Again, we appreciate your review.
It is a wonderful place to stay if you live on the top floor. You can enjoy the view and the property management team is great! Don't know why people say they are not. I haven't seen firsthand how the managers acted towards international students so I can't attest to that. But, if you are thinking about moving here don't even think about taking a bottom floor unit. You will hear every time the people above you move around, when their bed squeaks when their patio door opens, you name it! If you are thinking about moving here, please strive to get a unit on the top floor. If not then look elsewhere.

We are sorry that you didn't enjoy your experience here. Perhaps, it was because you didn't read and follow the regulations that you signed when you moved here. We are not college housing. Therefore, we do not allow large crowds or parties. The families that live here appreciate the peaceful atmosphere. We do not mind if you have guest. However, they can't live or "stay" with you if they are not on the lease. All of that was explained at move-in. That is for the safety of the children that live in the apartment community.
Willow terrace is best place to live especially you single parent. I love two full bathrooms in bedroom the kitchen very spacious and it’s quite here. Plus they have pool ????? and washroom and exercise gym right and cable include in rent .
Honestly, Willow Terrace has been the best apartment complex I have stayed in. It is quiet, clean, and the management has been both easy to talk to and easy to work with. I would recommend Willow Terrace to anyone. Paying for laundry isn't my favorite thing and I wish they were pet friendly, but neither of those are things that would deter me from moving in all over again if I had the chance.
Willow Terrace is a great place to stay. It's very quite and relaxing. I have stayed in a few apartments complexes since I started college back in 2010 in Troy, and this place is for sure the best place I have stayed. They don't bother you, they fix things right when you report the mishap, and the appliances they give you are wonderful. I loved my apartment and this will be the first place I go if I ever end up back in Troy, Alabama.
