Property Ratings at Willow Pointe
I have been living here for last 3 months. Very good and clean place. Maintenance come after 1-2 hours. I’m at building 100.
Called and contacted management about available units. Told me no one applied for it and if I got my application in it’d get my name on the reservation for it. Applied, was asked to provide current paystubs with sensitive information on them. They never contacted me back and now have all of my info. It’s incredibly uncomfortable now.
Just moved in this week. Space is pleasant. Large windows and good light. Quiet on my floor. Only thing missing is garbage disposal. Trash pick up at door, but limited to one bag which is difficult with a move. Have not used amenities.
Pls run away from this apartment if you can , expensive for nothing , the maintenance guy is very Rude , takes 20 hours to come to your apartment to do his job ,and screams at you when you call him , some of the ladies at the front desk are rude ,the things you buy gets missing at the mail room , I wish I could give it zero star, pls runnn away from the apartment if you can , I can’t wait for my lease to be over so I can move out
