Willow Park Apartments

I have been here for almost a week and it's been a great experience so far, the leasing office and the maintenance team has been so helpful when I first moved in!

Amazing team! they worked with me and even made adjustments to help ease my move! My apartment was cleaned to a T. There was a bathtub mess but that wasn’t much of an issue. They are so kind and understanding! The neighbors are amazing and the environment is peaceful.

I have loved living here the last few years. It is pretty quiet. Maintenance is always polite and quick to address problems. The management staff is super friendly and helpful!

Quiet environment , cool pool, many parking spaces. Dog park for the animals , three levels , need to fix the mail boxes but other than that cool place to live

Pretty decent place to reside. Generally it is quiet for the most part. Clean as well. Only complaint is tenants being mindful there is only 1 washer and dryer for 12 apartment/families.

Only been here a few days so far and everything is great, spacious airy and light. Amazing staff members made the lease process a breeze, would recommend to every first timer

The area is quiet and the neighbors are kind and welcoming. My favorite food spots and shops are fairly close so it’s all convenient for me. Maintenance is always great about helping me out when I have an issue.

So far so good, my wife and I are enjoying our new home. It’s a quiet and friendly area that’s in the middle of a lot of attractions with Belleville & Swansea. Moving was smooth as well. You pay electric and internet, they cover water, sewer, and trash.

It’s a nice place, it’s clean, and everyone stays to themselves. It’s a small space, but it’s great for a first apartment. All of walls aren’t thin, but I can hear everything that’s going on while I’m in the living-room and only the living room.

I've enjoyed living here. Maintenance is great at responding and completing all the requests I have made in the two years I've been here. Snow removal is excellent, and lawn care is good as well. So, I give my experience high marks. M.W.

Good but the office is sometimes hard to get a hold of. I do like that you're water bill is built into the cost of the rent. This is a good place for beginner adults

Love willow park! Always so quiet when I arrive home!! Maintenance is always there when I need them! Perfect first apartment for myself !! Couldn’t have picked a better spot to call home!

Just moved here from California it’s a Very calm and a safe neighborhood, the neighbors are kind. The apartments are spacious. Any problems I had with moving in they were able to fix right away

Absolutely love living here! Pet friendly, close to a lot of stores and restaurants, inground pool, dog park, on site laundry and on the bus line!

I have not had any issues here. The management is very understanding and I love my apartment. My only concern is maintenance , they never complete my work orders.

The people are really quiet, mindful, and neighbourly. I can't wait for the pool to open up in the summer. The neighborhood is pretty and I love all the trees. It's fun to watch the squirrels play from the window. It's really close to stores and the places I need to go. It's just overall very peaceful and scenic.

I spoke with Sarah at the leasing office and she was extremely helpful.. She was accommodating because I couldn't get the app filled out online and so she took it in a different form so I could get it turned in right away and then she notified me within the hour of my approval.. Great job Sarah!!

Good price for what you’re getting. Management is sweet and maintenance is very helpful. Move in process was quick and easy. The neighborhood is nice and people here seem nice as well.

It’s a great place to move into the neighborhood is great and the place was nice and clean this is my first apartment and I would say I’m loving it

I love how sociable the neighbors in a lot of different buildings are. I also love how dog friendly this place is. Walking around with my dog I see how clean the grounds are.

Overall it’s a really decent place to reside. Pretty quiet most of the time. Property is kept clean. Best part is having access to the pool.

Great place for what I call "baby adults" lol. From pool and dog park, to a great neighborhood community. If it's your first time moving out on your own this is the right spot.

I love it here. It’s quiet, peaceful and out the way. They have a dog park if you have pets and a nice clean swimming pool that is open in the summer.

I've had a pretty good experience. Mostly friendly neighbors no really issues with any. No real issues of any kind. Pretty fast response when there is a maintenance issue.

Every one in the staff made it a very easy transition to move into my new apartment. I had questions before I moved in and Sara was so great about getting back to me right away with answers.
