Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, lots of closet space, and are equipped with TV and telephone jacks. There is a large linen closet in the hallway. All bathrooms have exhaust fans and were recently remodeled, including new Vanities, Counters, Faucets, Mirrors, Light Fixtures, Flooring, Etc. We require a one-year lease, after which you rent month to month.
