'Willow Moor Townhouses 1' are owned and operated by Willow Moor LLC, Austinburg, Ohio. We provide professional grounds maintenance, winter snowplowing, and trash removal. All utilities are metered separately, and are the responsibility of the resident. Parking is provided for two cars per apartment in asphalt parking lot. For your convenience, your mail is delivered to your front door. We require a one-year lease, after which you rent month to month. Willow Moor Townhouses 1 is a 'No Smoking Complex'. Anyone needing to smoke must do so outside on their patio. Jefferson Schools are all new, Kindergarten through 12th grade, and were completed in 2009. The heating system and hot water tank are both natural gas. A hot water boiler provides heat. The second floor has two Bedrooms and one full Bath. Bedrooms have ceiling fans, lots of closet space, and are equipped with TV and telephone jacks. There is a large linen closet in the hallway. All bathrooms have exhaust fans and were recently remodeled.
