nothing ever gets fixed , first day I moved here the cabinets and doors where coming off. when I asked them to fix it never got a response back , i had to personally fix it myself they screwed me over ever since they waved late fees due to the pandemic they lied to my face and told me they wouldn't add them back to my rent now I'm $10 grand behind and in the process of getting evicted which they gave me no warning about

Very dated interiors, mandatory monthly inspections, maintenance checks almost weekly, thin walls, low water pressure, extremely rude management, outlets that don’t work, strange rules, and creepy neighbors. Do not make the mistake I did renting here. YOU WILL REGRET IT MORE AND MORE EVERYDAY. YOU WILL BE TREATED LIKE A DOLLAR SIGN AND NOT A HUMAN BEING

If you want to experience Harassment, Theft, wasn't here quite a yr. & my earrings, DVDs, a strong box with personal information, that I had for 25 + yrs, taken. Also, prescription medications. I've had to call the police twice, never, ever had to where I previously lived. Woman upstairs with 3 dogs that opens her door and let her dogs charge downstairs, while trying to retrieve my mail & again, another time while waiting for my transportation to the Dr. People I don't know knocking on my door wanting things. I wrote complaints to the office, which what the office requires. Nothing ever done. Also, before when I applied here, they didn't tell me that people could have 4 or more people in a tiny one bedroom. Police said that they have major drug addiction & mental health issues here. Told me to install a camera. Before, I downsized, I should have checked out the reviews here before I moved. I definitely would have steered clear of here.

I have lived in these apartments 2 months and I regret my decision to move here everyday. Maintenance takes weeks to come and fix issues and the parking in my section is horrible. I can never park in the section my building is i always have to park so far (about a 2 minute walk) to my building. It sucks. Don't move here

Hey lived at willow bend for 2 years in a loft apartment the upstairs bath/shower was always leaking into the light fixture downstairs I never had any pets and when I moved out I got an email saying I owed 400 dollars for new carpet for pet damage I called them went round and round with them about the carpet damage a week later they changed their story and said I still owe ok I send them photos of the black mold int the shower don't hear anything for 6 months they don't understand the damage was by the leaking tub turned in over to a collection agency I guess I'll have to check pay so folk beware of this place

Anyone looking to move in here should explore other options I’ve lived here almost a year & I still can’t get anybody to fix anything but they want that money. So many rude people work & live here. If you do move here make sure you keep all receipts for your suppose to be water bill, rent & their stupid little letters they like to harass you with. Haven’t caught them yet but apparently someone here has sticking fingers things that I know was here are now gone such as food,clothes,laundry soap just stuff you don’t notice right off pitiful I have gotten to talk to a couple of neighbors & they have also said some of the same things I mentioned. Alot of people have moved out since I’ve lived here now I know why. Just don’t move here if you don’t want your stuff missing or want to live here peacefully & of course let’s not forget about the drug problems in here every month same date same cars wow

The management is terrible, and very difficult to deal with. I would never recommend living in a place that has such difficult management. After I had problems with management, I heard from other that they had issues with management in the past also. Not a good place to live, and I would recommend to others looking for an apartment that you do not move into this place, Management will cause problems for you, and once you sign a lease, you're locked in with dealing with more problems with management issues down the road. Don't rent from them.

This is a great place. I love my neighbors, and the schools. Rent keeps going up but my income does not. I would hate to have to leave because of this.

I have never felt more welcomed as I do here! The staff is friendly and takes care of any maintenance issue the next day, no matter how big or small! They have community events, including hosting a Thanksgiving dinner for the residents as well as pool parties with give aways! I have recommended this place to friends that have moved in!
