I really appreciate the time and effort that the agent took to go over the various floor plans and costs. I was able to tour a few different apartments and they were all beautiful. You can really tell that the staff cares by the efforts they put into this place. So many nearby properties want to charge alot for no reason.

Very professional staff. The agent broke down the different floor plans, I saw multiple virtual tours and was able to see one in person as well. I appreciate that all of my questions were answered. I'm still "shopping around" but Willow Creek remains a great option!

Best maintenance team! They are on top of it here. Ladies in the office also very nice.

I like the location and the amenities. Nice staff as well.

The community is very quiet. Maintenance issues get fix in an appropriate time. The staff is always friendly and pleasant to deal with.

I love how close this property is to everything. It's decently priced for the area as well.

I have lived here for about 5 years now and within 3-4 people in my building just get a note on there door you may not renew your lease the pool was always closed and not always open it did have a good apartment and I liked the garbage situation being right next to my apartment and the pool was pretty nice when it was open I would recommend it for like a short term place for like 1-3 years but not for near close to 5 years

It's really quiet here and my kids and I are in the pool every summer

I've been here a few years now, and I've always had great interactions with the employees. Very professional office and an amazing maintenance team. Looking forward to the pool opening this weekend!

The ladies in the office are so sweet an nice. They really take the time to explain the floor plans to you and make you feel welcome.

These are fantastic apartments! I really enjoy that I'm close to the lake, the highway, tons of stores and restaurants. It's also well maintained and a good deal for the price.

I was able to make an appointment to come visit the property very easily. Once I arrived, I was greeted very warmly from both ladies sitting in the office. Miss Carolyn showed me some apartments on her computer and we we're able to see other ones in person. I was very impressed with how well kept they were. I do plan on applying once they have summer availability.

Excellent community. I love that it’s so close to the highway, as well as great eating & shopping places. Management has been very prompt & thorough with handling any issues that I’ve encountered in the time that I’ve been a resident here.

They are great with their customers. They have parties for the residents which are amazing. If something needs fixed, their maintenance staff take care of it in a timely manner.

Willow Creek has been extremely thoughtful and attentive to our needs. The maintenance team is fabulous, handling any problem very promptly and kindly. They are real wizards. And the staff is very nice, understanding and compassionate. They are pet friendly and I love taking my little guy to the dog park!

I must say I'm very impressed with Willow Creek. I've been there for about 1 & 1/2 years. The staff is very professional and it's a great place to live.

These apartments are located in a great part of Portage, IN, right by all the stores and lots of restaurants.

MOLD! This place looks nice enough from the outside but the problems start after you move in. We got mold months after moving in when we call them and they make it seem like it’s normal saying the windows seals are broken and all they do it’s clean the mold and not actually fix the problem that causes it. We then got mold in our closet and we lost several personal items that they don’t replace and then mold showed up in our bathroom, which they open the wall full of mold and left the wall open for almost a month with the mold everywhere due to bad communication with maintenance. We renewed our lease because we thought the mold was gone but as soon as it got cold the mold came back. We are breaking our lease because this apartment is no longer a healthy environment for us I have 2 small children that keep getting sick and now because we want to leave to keep our family safe we have to be punish and pay a Huge fee. Once I sent the email with our reason for leaving they want to “fix” the problem. The walls are paper thin so you would hear EVERYTHING! And some of the neighbors thing they own the Parking because they been here longer! I would not move here but if you do test for mold and other things. The lady’s in the office are the only good thing about this place.

I moved in a few months ago and am loving it here! These apartments are very modern and include NIPSCO which is awesome! The lovely office ladies worked with me to find my perfect place. I was able to get a nice two bedroom so I could set up my home office. It's been fantastic living so far.

I moved here in 2018. I've never had any issues that went unresolved. I was able to transfer from an apartment to a townhome when we wanted a unit with a washer and dryer. My neighbors are friendly and quiet. I love that it's so close to my work and right across the street from Meijer.

I've lived here for 5+ years. The office staff is very friendly and super helpful! The maintenance crew is on top of everything. It's a fantastic location close to shopping and the beach!

I suggest anyone looking to move into this place be very cautious. My girlfriend and I went back in November to inquire about apartments. After some thought, we decided we wanted to move here. We signed a lease a few weeks later for an apartment to be available for move in on January 20th. So we patiently waited the next couple months and then January 4th, I get a message about an issue regarding the lease. Apparently the original tenants decided last minute that they no longer wanted to move. I was offered other apartments much different than the one I signed for. Staff was nice up until they decided to break a contract (the lease). 16 days prior to my move in you notify me that not only did you fail to relocate the tenants who forfeited their original rights to that apartment but you also showed that you don't give a crap about satisfying potential residents. I signed the lease nearly 70 days before the intended move in. Plenty of time for you to relocate the other tenants. And I get a 16 day notice that I have to relocate? After requesting time off to move in and scheduling furniture delivery and renting a uhaul all for that day. Very unprofessional and extremely rude. And im willing to attach screenshots of the email exchanges to prove how terribly you people handled that entire situation. Should be ashamed of yourselves.

I have had a great experience from the beginning with the staff. They make you feel very welcomed!

Apartments are nice, however I can hear everything that my neighbors do, whether it's a child crying or the above neighbors are talking loud, being loud etc. We have lived here for 2 years and never had any issues till recently when they switched management. They are definitely expensive so be prepared to have someone to help you. The maientence team have done a very good job when weve needed work done in our apartment. I would not recommend moving here if you cant afford to live on your own.

I love that the staff is always there when I need them. Maintenance has been a great help and they follow up and do a wonderful job! The office staff is great and I love chatting with them. Great community!

Management is awesome and so far maintenance has been awesome. Quick and reliable service from them.

This is the worst place I have ever lived. For starters it’s extremly expensive. The walls are paper thin I can hear every conversation that my neighbors are having. My toilet has been broken for a week and they have no idea when they’re going to be able to fix it because they don’t have the part. And on top of that people from maintenance have entered my apartment without 24-hour notice. They just let themselves in. When I went to the office to complain to the manager. He claimed that he personally put a notice on my door and it must have blown away. I asked him to provide a copy of the notice (he had a copy of all notices on his desk) and he could not find one for my apartment. He was very unapologetic and snarky and did very little to attempt to remedy the situation. Do not live here, horrible management, overpriced, and poor quality apartments.

I moved into Willow Creek almost a year ago and I have loved it from the day I viewed the unit I was going to move into. Their apartments near the office are a little older but not many people (like me) know about the new apartments they built behind Arbys. I did not expect that when I first saw them. Since I have lived here I have been amazed by their office and maintenance staff. The maintenance staff have always been prompt on arriving when I call the office for a request. Their online payment system through their website is extremely convenient. I am planning on staying here for a few more years until I am able to buy a home. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking to move to Portage.

I have lived here for quite some time and the leasing office has done nothing for us. They do not return your phone calls. There was a list front to back I turned in that listed everything wrong with our apartment when we moved in. They do not take your money and renovate the apartment before you move in like they say they will. There are pitbulls in the community which is a violation of their lease they give their tenants. The walls have zero installation in them so when you are sleeping at night you hear your neighbor snoring. You can also hear everything that happens above you from their dishwasher, laundry room, garbage disposal, etc. Do not live here. Also cars have been broken into in their apartment parking lots. It not worth the money you will spend here.

My family and I moved over here a month ago and since we've been here we've experienced nothing but peace and quiet. Haven't met a lot of the neighbors yet, but spring time is around the corner. I do want to add that you should make sure that everything is being properly tooken care of before you move in. But, even with some things not wing took end care of before we moved in, when we call maintenance they're prompt and ready to fix whatever needs fixing within 1-2 days. Front office team are super friendly and attentive to any concerns, or questions. I'm so glad we found this place!!

I've lived here with my children for just over two years & I have been happy the entire time. I'm comfortable with my babies going outside, maintenance is prompt & knowledgeable, management is through and friendly & neighbors are all good people. I definitely recommend this place to couples or people with children & pets

Not bad place but price is bit high. Needs electric also included in rent at all units. Other than that it's very quiet and clean. Would recommend to anyone who was looking with a pet or kids.

This was my first apartment almost 3 years ago. I am still living here! I love the convenience of the location in relation to shopping and entertainment. The staff has always been very friendly and does a great job getting the residents involved. The amenities are what brought me to willow creek, and what keeps me here. It's nice to have just about everything included in the rent. The apartments are spacious and clean. The maintenance staff is always available. I do feel like willow creek is worth the money.

I have seen this property twice. I am sure I will be living there. They are very nice the property is very clean. The apartments are beautiful. They offer ,more than the the other properties. I would recommend the apartments to everyone.
