The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Williamsburg of Lebanon Apartments
Apartments are in a nice location, for my needs. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Betty was super nice, helpful, and answered all my questions. My only suggestion would be to upgrade to fiberoptics once it's available, as cable internet is getting dated.
Great first apartment. Very quiet and nice neighbors. And the apartment is really clean and the views, the parking, everything is just great about this apartments
Great first apartment. Very quiet and nice neighbors. Plenty of parking. Betty and David are both awesome and take care of requests right away.
I have lived here a little over a year and love it. The other renters in my building are considerate and I almost never hear them. Their maintenance crew is always on top of it! The main landlord Dave is so open to any and all questions or concerns I may have. Betty is very kind and helpful. The leasing agent was so friendly when I took a tour and signed my lease agreement. I plan to stay here for a while. I love that I am close to downtown Lebanon and I am only about 15 minutes away from my parents and grandmother. I definitely recommend this place for someone's first apartment or for someone who doesn't feel like being broke after rent is due every month. Very affordable!
they check the apartments an awful lot, but did not make is declaw out cat.
Very affordable and they upkeep everything very happy with everything location is amazing
