Me gusta este lugar para vivir porque es tranquilo, los vecinos no se meten con nadie, o al menos en mi caso llevo seis meses viviendo aquí y no tengo queja. Lo único que no me gusta es que los dueños de animales muchas veces no recogen los desechos de sus mascotas y dejan sucio las áreas verdes pero comprendo que esto no es culpa del mantenimiento sino de cada dueño de mascota.

It is a great place to live at but maintenance need to up their game a little. People are friendly, it's quiet. And the staff is friendly. Recommend
I wish there were more than one trash can, and I wish there was somewhere we could recycle plastics, paper, etc. Also, the steps in front of the building are constantly dirty and filled with flyers from local stores. Nowadays you don't need flyers to find deals and information

Since I moved in two weeks ago it’s just been one thing after another, for starters we didn’t even know that we wouldn’t be getting a microwave since it wasn’t told in the tour, they showed us a completely different apartment then the one I got to begin with. two days after moving in I had to put a request because the fridge was leaking brown stuff on the floor and the freezer door could barely stay closed, then my kitchen faucet handle came off, then the fan filter stopped working, and now today we spotted mice in our apartment, and all within two weeks this is just a ridiculous

Still waiting on something to be done about my neighbor who yells. I now have him on video admitting to threatening me. I'm tired of it and I'm tired of not feeling safe in my own home or being woken up at 3am to him yelling- to which clearly there is no noise coming from anywhere else. Don't know how much more complaining I can do. It's every single day.

I am enjoying living in this community. It's been a year and a lot of upgrades have been done since I moved here. New grills, carpets, washers and dryers and lighting I appreciate seeing the property being kept up. I was happy to renew my lease.

Nice place... rent alittle high for this area. Maint. Always prompt. Only complaints is the gym never cleaned regularly, rent high and they send rent reminder at noon and days after about rent due. We know when it's due either you have it or not. It's nice you can use flex to help pay. The new grills are nice m. Can see the staff is trying unlike other places in the area

It's nice, quiet, the staff that works here is very nice and professional, I really like that they allow pets, that there is always parking available and that the facilities are in good condition.

Community is nice and quiet. Neighbors are polite and keep to themselves. Love that the Quick Stop is right here and open late. Rent increased dramatically in one year though.

The management is really trying but the people bring it down. Late night music blasting with the bass up, weed smell in hallways and over flowing dumpsters check. Expensive for the area. Also we pay for trash service and have one dumpster to last a week per apartment building. Who thought that will be enough we use to have two per building. Prompt service with maintenance and always try to fix it fast and responsive. Also hard to get ahold of the office

I have only been here a short period of time but so far so good. The office staff are friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and pet friendly. I love that they have a dog park on property.
