Property Ratings at Wildwood Preserve Apartment Homes
These people have a habit of taking people's money upfront to hold apartments then ignoring them for days and days. This ends with Wildwood Preserve keeping $300 and the poor would be tenant not getting an apartment. Part of this is pure laziness on the staff's part. The other is dishonesty.
Like brand new and cheaper than all of the other communities around.
First off their parking situation is terrible whether you have a 1bedroom apt or a 4 bedroom apt you only get 1 parking spot and rhe whole complex has a total of maybe 5 guest spots on the entire property. And if you don't get lucky and get a guest spot you have to park down the road or risk having your car towed. And plus they want to do monthly Inspections on the apt every month and they tell you to lock your pets up or you'll be fined but then I come home at 6pm and they still havnt came by for the Inspection. So I either have to lock my dog up all day for no reason or have someone watch my dog when he would have been fine because they done come by until I'm home from work. This place HAS TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION.
