Bulletin boards Moving the apt bulletin boards to the parking garage does not give all residents an opportunity to view them. Could we not have a spot within the locked lobby for postings?

Independence & Safety I live alone, but I’m never alone. I feel safe. Great neighbors, great maintenance (even 24/7), and events to socialize if I want to. Lovely area for walks or just to sit on patio.

Great place to live Wonderful place for senior living for those that can live independently without the worry of maintenance issues, safety, or social aspects. Events are arranged for those that want to participate (for a fee). There are areas available to Residents if they want to form their own clubs (i.e. book clubs, excercise, games) at no charge. The Office Staff and Maintenance crew here are wonderful and helpful.

Buildings 1-5 NOT for seniors who need to go for shorter walks. The maintenance crew is very good. But no place to sit if you are walking on the ground s out side.

A piece of Community I am so glad I chose to live in an environment like the one at Wildwood Highlands. There are activities made available by Management so it’s a chance to meet your neighbors. We all look out for one another - I never feel isolated. Any issues are dealt with promptly by Management. I feel safe here.

My experience at Wildwood Highlands is an overall good one.......I have one grievence and that is the phone when people want to contact you from the entrance is not loud enough. You can't hear them on the phone. Also, the rent is going up much too high.

Enjoy life at Highlands Good location, maintained rather well. If there is an issue it is dealt with speedily. Opportunities for socialization are many. Management does a great job of organizing various events. I think it’s great that this really feels like “my home”
Rent Go up to much on rent before I moved in they told me 3% now they say inflation so next year I will be looking for a cheaper place.

rent increases too high/security concerns I think rental increases per year are much too high. Most of us seniors are on limited fixed income and are struggling with these large increases. Also am concerned about access to the building. Often see non residents using exercise room. And I think there should be programmable keys for the lobby entry instead of a code. I think too many people have the code.

Feels like home It very much feels like home, but with a lot of support and friendship included. We decided to move here because a single-family home and the upkeep became a chore rather than a pleasure. We were looking for a place that we would be comfortable and ended up with that and more. The people are friendly and supportive and made us feel so welcome. A great place for anyone that is considering making a move to a 55 and over community.
