The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Wildwood Apartment Homes
I've been renting here since January 2023, previous management took care of me, any problems we had they will be solved within the week. New management came in around April... Since May 25, 2023 I do not have a working AC, that is at the time of writing this 2 months and 3 days without my working AC. Somewhere at the beginning of July we were given a window ac unit, and during the third week of July a portable AC unit to take around the house because the window ac unit is just not enough. For the past 2 months we have opened maintenance requests relating to the AC issue and most of them get marked as "completed" without someone actually coming to our unit to fix the AC. We can't withhold rent, or find a HVAC guy to fix the AC and deduct those expenses from our next month's rent. To top it out, at the beginning of July someone came to check on the AC fan beerings that make a grinding noise when turned on (main AC issue) and removed the ceiling on top of the laundry area, left the ceiling hanging and the dryer disconnected. It's been about 21 days without a dryer either. We have to dry our clothes on the balcony's floor where animals such as roaches, birds, ants, and others get on. Be cautious of renting here, I'm trapped until the end of the year.

I understand how frustrating these ongoing maintenance issues can be, especially during the summer months when AC is crucial. Cortnie is on top of things. Very friendly and professional.
Manager was fantastic and extremely friendly. Five star rating
Townhouse is beautiful. Move-in very inconvenient. I don't feel that my safety is a priority, due to major fixes needed in my townhouse. Most of the staff is polite and courteous.
Since Woodtrail got bought out & replaced management Ive had nothing but issues. They dont keep the lawn cut or make residents clean up after their animals. It takes at least a day for email responses & they dont seem to care about their residents like the maintenance guy did that helped me.
DO NOT go to woodtrail apartments unless you like things to be halfway fixed and wait weeks before getting anything fixed. Absolutely the worst apartments Ive ever stayed at.
I loved living here at first. However, the complex was then bought out by B H Management and everything has started going downhill. The staff is incredibly rude and condescending and have made it miserable to live here. In addition, the leak in my ceiling that I have had since June has still not been fixed. They can’t keep up with maintaining these units but still want to up the new price of these leases. Just don’t move here. It’s not worth it.
It's been great living here for 2 years now. All the staff are awesome! Manager Yolanda, Ariel and Victor always make sure that our concerns are taken care of. Plus we enjoy the amenities, especially the gym and pool.

Thank you for sharing your experience and being a resident of Wood Trail, we truly appreciate it. If there is anything that we can do for you please do not hesitate to stop by the leasing office as we are always happy to assist. Have a great day!
Biggest issues...the system they use to pay rent is very disorganized. I would pay rent, log in the next day, and it would say I owed $20-30 extra dollars. Everytime I called to confirm, they said I had to pay it and it was not a mistake and that sometimes their “system” was slow. My last month (I only stayed for 10 days), they attempted to charge me for the whole month. When I went in to complain, they told me that I had to go get a money order for the correct amount. My balance continued to show the wrong amount, and it continued to increase because it was showing as late (after I had to go out of my way to pay rent a completey different way). They tow your car if it is even an inch on the yellow parking lines, and the parking spaces are way too small. Twice, I had to pay $300 just to get my car when I was only 1 inch on the yellow line. I am 100% convinced they are working with a towing company for business. Good location, not at all worth the hassle.

Absolutely the worst place to live! Aptmnts are poorly cleaned, maintained,& bandaids put on everything. The water is turned off literally at least 2-4 times a month. Was told they have shut-off valves for each building, but broken. So-called on-site security officer is a joke. All he does is lock & unlock pool,SOMETIMES,& mostly late! Employee residents get special privelages of breakin certain lease terms. You never see mngmnt except to step outside & smoke,or to go to MODEL aptmnt to get s free drink! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
They need to do maintainance better I have a closet door that needs fixing it is a good place to live tho
