Property Ratings at Wilber School Apartments
Beautiful, unique, energy efficient building. Charming downtown, convenient shopping, walking distance to train to Boston, scenic lake and walking trails nearby. Quiet, friendly, diverse neighbors. Phil in the leasing office was helpful, respectful and professional on both ends of the move. Maintenance staff was equally helpful and responsive the one and only time our son needed them. Building and grounds are clean and well maintained. Son would have stayed longer if he hadn’t changed jobs.

I love everything about my building. the fact that the kept some things(lockers and chalkboards) from the school that was here before us makes me apperciate the history of where i lay my head
