This upscale community is brand new! Directly adjacent to Anaconda Park. The building feels like a home. All the apartments have stainless steel Whirlpool appliances with in door filtered water and ice, duel lavatory sinks in every apartment, coat closets, linen cabinets, washer dryers, finished walk in closets, USB ports in kitchen, Nest smart thermostats you can control on your phone, double pain windows, dimmable lights, black out shades in bedrooms, etc..... the list goes on. The gym, features Pelaton bikes, free weights, cardio, weight circuits. You might just cancel your gym membership, its that nice! Be the first person to live in these upscale apartment homes. Hang out with friends on the hardwood sundeck, or relax and read a book on a chaise lounge. Outdoor games facing the park such as a large connect 4, corn hole and ping-pong coming soon. BBQ req area also coming soon. Don't miss this chance, this building will be filled soon. We have many different floor plans and layouts. All apartments also have large windows and doors for light and ventilation. This building is also Friendly Hills adjacent, its a great area.
