Property Ratings at Whitehall Apartments
This place is not what it seems. First of all there’s mice all over the apartments and secondly mold specially in the bathroom. When you call them about it instead of doing something about it no they just put paper tissue then the white tape like that supposed to do something. As far as the mice they had exterminator come in but nothing happened. The front main door knob was messed up I called them several times to replace it instead they just put it back it took them one year and half to finally replace it put a new one main reason they did it’s because one day I worked overnight did a 16hrs shift I went off on them then they hurry up and fix it. My wife and I move outta there we didn’t our little daughter grew up there with the mold and mice.

Probably one of the worst places I’ve live .. the place is infested with mice .. they go away and come back … The police are there every day for some kind of disturbance .. Frequent leaks and problems in the units..
This was my first time moving out on my own so I was apprehensive about selecting the right first apartment. This was a great and smooth transition for me. Asia (leasing manager) at the office ensured that I was well assisted and helped me with all questions that I had. Even when my anxiety was acting up, I was reassured that things would work out and they did. I have officially moved in and impressed with how quiet it is. I sleep so well at night, which helps with the job that I have. Thanks Asia for all your help!!
The service is very good and all the only thing that 2 years I lived there would never have the pool
My home is wonderful I expecially like the fact that Harry the manager is always on the job and he makes sure staff is in full force they all make my living experience a pleasure I would recommend this complex to anyone
It’s basic. They are upgrading but it’s more from the 1900s building. Low rating due to the office workers unprofessional & vindictive nature. So stay on their good side or they will mess with your MONEY.
my thought on rentals is this; basic emenities such as flat painted walls, commercial carpeting, refurbished appliances are all cover stories for basic motelish maintained complexes that entice the applicants with fancy exterior landscape that overshadow the plain Jane appearances of the actual rental, then they overcharge the applicant for convinces of on site laundry dwellings that are money making tools for the proprietor. Rent prices are unbelievably too high for this kind of conception. People should get what they pay for its. 2015.
My boyfriend and I have been living at Whitehall apartments for almost a year now. The staff here is always friendly and any time we have any issues requiring maintenance they are handled quickly and efficiently. The location is amazing! Across the street there is a shopping center with a grocery store, rite aid, dollar store, gym, dry cleaner and much more. 1 mile in one direction and your riding through open fields and gorgeous farm land. One mile in the other and there are other shopping centers and the adorable Mt Holly historic district. Couldn't have been any happier with our choice for our first home!
Very nice space/price preferably for college students
