Excellent place to live clean well kept. Sherry and Andre go above and beyond
I just moved in a week ago and already love it. I had a positive experience with Billie Jo from the beginning. She is truly passionate about her job. She offers assistance to the tenants day one with any concerns, problems etc. I already had the pleasure of meeting Andre when I got locked out the first day taking out the garbage. He is wonderful and has already completed apt maintenance request from Billie Jo. I plan on making White Oaks West my home for a long time. New Tenant (24D)
My wife and I spent 2 years at White Oakes and have been nothing less than pleased. A very quiet community with great neighbor's and an awesome staff! Though my wife and I are moving because we bought a house we will always love this place because it truly felt like home!
I Donald Phillips live at 36b silver birch dr at white oaks west highly recommend these apts 2 my friends& family ive been here 2yrs & love it the people here are helpful & friendly apts are very well maintained snow is plowed & sidewalks salted in the summer the grass is always mowed maintaince man is great always right there when u need him just call andre our new leasing consultant billie jo is great she is very helpful & pleasant she goes the extra mile for u to make u happy &pleased she is a joy to be around I will be here for a long time
I have been a resident for 6 years and have been very happy here. I'm actually a little surprised at the negative review down below. It is an apartment complex after all, so you do have four other neighbors close by in each building and there are times when people can be very inconsiderate, this happens at all complexes. I have found however ,the staff to be really great in taking steps to remedy situations that arise. The complex is very well maintained inside and out . The location on a quiet tree-lined street is an added bonus not easy to find. My years here have been very pleasant :)
I like how well maintain the property is and how the apartments wheel chair accessible.
has not been updated, the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors phone vibrating, neighbors are VERY inconsiderate and office staff doesn't do anything about it, the parking is horrible unless you enjoy walking forever in the rain/snow, way too overpriced for the amount of space you actually have, internet connect always goes out, garbage has maggots all throughout the parking lot, overall just a very cheap place to live for an expensive price to pay.
