Property Ratings at Whistlewood Commons
I just moved in, and I notified the office manager of a few things that I needed and it was written up and within the hour the maintenance men came and fixed what needed to be fixed. So far this place is a very nice place the water pressure is so much better than the other apartment where I use to live. All appliances are in working order. Yes I agree it is a little outdated, but you dont fix what isnt broke. Some of the older things are made better than the new stuff that is out there today being made.
Everything is fine until something goes wrong. Microwave took 2 weeks to replace once it broke. I am currently on week 5 of no air conditioning. It took months to finally get rid of the roaches. Over and over again they give us a date when something will be fixed, but that time has always come and passed without updates or notifications. You really have to be on top of them, not to get something done (they don't care if it gets done or not) but just to get information and updates. This is a nice place otherwise but with it being outdated, things will break and you will get frustrated trying to get it fixed.
