My husband and I have been here since March 2022 and it had only gone downhill from there. Almost all the community amenities don’t work. There is no manager on our property, so you have to hunt down other leasing managers all across town. They never answer the phone, but are always quick to ask for rent. They’ve even gone as far as ask for rent while having outstanding maintenance issues for MONTHS. We got one of the “upgraded” units, but thats being generous. Our first month, our apartment was broken into and our personal electronics were stolen. Our AC leaks water THROUGH AN ELECTRICAL SOCKET, so we haven’t been able to turn on our AC this entire summer. We had the same problem since last year, but it’s still broken. Our drain for our bathtub doesn’t work properly, so every time we shower the water collects at our feet. Our dishwasher also leaks water, so we’ve had to hand wash all dishes. Management does not communicate AT ALL until you threaten to go to corporate. No matter how much you beg plead, all requests for maintenance or communication are ignored. As soon as our lease is up, we’re leaving and never coming back.

They don’t fix anything, I been here since November last year and everything still need to be done . They have lost money orders and everything poor poor management if you loooking for a sign this is it

Do not move in here! 35 units need AC units and they have done NOTHING to resolve the issue! There are live wires and trash laying on the back patios that have been there for at least a year and THEY DON'T FIX ANYTHING HERE EVER!!! These apartments would be ok if they had been properly maintained however MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE HERE! They expect their rent but don't hold up their end of the bargain. When you drive through the property all u see is window air units which are old and by the way leaks onto the front stoop causing bugs! Do not stay here!

long story short, we had issues moving into this place cause we brought our uhaul to move in and yet the place was not ready yet... BASICALLY we rented out a u haul and took off work for no reason. They told me that the apartment was going to be ready on a specific date, but no it was not. My number one problem with this complex is communication. This company is horrible at it and corporate sucks at taking care of its customers. I told the lady to tell corporate to give me a call and I have gotten no call for a month. Plus we keep having problems with the apartment, like toilet flushing problems, AC not working in this heat summer, ceiling was getting messed up, they painted over one of our internet connections, towel rack keeps on falling apart because of poor workmanship. Look, just try to find another place cause you will have issues here.
