The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Whispering Pines at 1200
I’m writing this because I am honestly fed up with this apartment complex and I’m just telling others what no one told me & have already decided to break my lease now but property management is HORRIBLE and they have a whole new management team… It doesn’t make sense, they never are in the office and don’t answer the phone even for emergency maintenance requests. Even with regular ma maintenance request, you have to keep calling and harassing them. I moved out here Oct 2024 and had water leaking out on my floor the first few days I moved here. I didn’t break my lease because I thought they fixed it, but now my water heater leaks frequently and no one seems to care. I eventually got it fixed but that was out of my own pocket. They say they have “renovated apartments” but they ain’t nothing but apartments with that same old wood vinyl flooring and they slapped new paint sloppily on the walls. Don’t get me started on the roach infestations just know I have to have adams’s come out and spray every 2 weeks and it comes out of my own pocket. I tried to bring my first invoice and they declined to take it out the rent or offer pest services. Sometimes I’m too grossed out to stay in the comfort of my own home. I’ve gotten my car broken into twice even although I lock my doors and they don’t care about that neither but at least they’ll give you a rent extension lol.
