I went to look at the apartments. The property manager was so nice and very informative. The property was very clean. And the staff are very welcoming.
Viewed the apartment, was not the picture shown at all. One bedroom was not even big enough to stretch in. Looks very raggedy on the inside. Balcony outside was very scary to even walk on, felt as if it was gonna fall at any minute. Not somewhere I would live in. The price should be $300 a month
I love living at Whispering Oaks. It is close to school and very quiet. The property is always clean and pools are well kept. The price is fair too.

I visited property because of a possible relocation with job. Property and apartment viewed was clean and management was very helpful and professional. My transfer has been delayed but hopefully when it does go through there will be an available apartment because this is my first choice to live. The rates fit my budget!

Being that this is my first time renting an apartment I don't expect the best but I do expect better than the experience I have received. I've been living in Whispering Oaks Apartments since the end of May. So far I've had to call the maintenance multiple times about the air conditioner not working as well as all of my electricity shutting off completely for a few hours. This occurred more than 5 times since I've been here and we are only in October. I've called the front office everytime as well for it being entirely too hot. There excuse for it being 85 degrees when the temperature is set on 72 is that it was summer time and I live upstairs. Completely inexcusable, especially since I pay rent every month and on time. Another thing would be my balcony is loose and shaky, I can't go sit outside and even company is a little frightened to sit outside and enjoy the view with an unsturdy balcony. The alignment of my walls were also very loose and coming apart when I moved and doorknobs tend to just fall off. I just think my first time experiencing being on my own and being responsible should be worth it and it hasn't been at Whispering Oaks.
