Overall this is a nice complex with mostly respectful neighbors. Getting maintenance done can take a long time and there is usually no communication or updates on when things will be done.

The apartment is great and I love the space. However, the person living above me plays music loudly all the time and I can hear it in my bedroom because the walls are so thin. I asked her to turn the music down so I could go to sleep and she said she plays the music because there are raccoons in her attic that are really loud and she’s trying to drown out the sound of them with music. She also said that she’s had raccoons in her attic since October and nothing has been done about it.

It would be better if they kept the complex clean and kept up with maintenance. We’ve been waiting over a month for our roof leaks to be fixed. In the meantime the soggy popcorn ceiling spots turn blacker everyday.

This apartment complex is a nightmare. Everything from constant maintenance issues, dog poop in the grass, no sidewalks, noisy neighbors, domestic violence from neighbors, having your car blocked in by uber drivers and moving trucks. Definitely not worth your money.

Move in was an extremely easy process thanks to Sandra. So far from what I noticed the neighbors are friendly but I’ve only been here 2 days so I’m excited to see what happens from here on now. I gave 4 out of 5 because there are some issues with the apartment that I feel should’ve been taken care of before I moved in but hopefully they’re fixed soon.

Overall, it is a great quiet neighborhood with young families and college students. The staff can be a bit messy though. Whoever they get to mow the lawn does a terrible job, other than that great place.

Management and staff are disrespectful and undermine what you tell them. If you go for assistance they will straight up to give them proof of what you are saying. Or they say they will send someone to verify if in fact what you are describing is true.... From the property manager to the customer representatives treat you like you a nuance zero customer service

Great Experience
Moved here two years ago and have only good things to say. Moved out recently due to work. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I locked myself out of my car and had to get my spare from my apartment. One of the staff members drove me back to the car. Any issues I had were quickly resolved with the apartment e.g, replacing thermostat. The pool and gym is great. I would recommend checking this area out if you are planning on moving in the area.

Nightmare complex!!
I wish we would have looked into this apartment complex further. Our year here has been a nightmare! From paying the security deposit and first months rent, horrible 5 days of standing water from a flood, maintenance, broken washer, broken air conditioner! Arguing w office staff because the system went down they use to automatically pay rent on the 1st and being charged a late fee, then getting a call saying “oh well I guess something was wrong w the system” . The office phone system constantly being sent to recording! If you’re lucky you get a call back in 3-4 days This is only a few annoying issues!! Do your homework before you move in here! If you decide to become a tenant make sure you get tons of rental insurance! You will need it…

Terrible
If you just moving out to Florida do not pay anything here, me and my family just moved out here 3 weeks ago and applied they ask for paystubs and offer letter & etc which we sent them all information just to still get denied in due to them saying we failed to provide income from both parties after we send them everything they asked for immediately. I don’t appreciate how they take so much deposit from you and won’t give it back after they tell you application deposit fee is na refundable The application fee is $75 I paid $400 up front and can’t even get half back of what I paid for, they get a 0 from me. Just Terrible. Just taken people money

loft
I have lived in a 2-2 loft and the ac are awfully underpowered and run 24/7 just to stay at 75f. the stairs are super narrow and the upstairs floor creaks like it's going to break.

Beautiful property - Family loves it!
Beautiful property and great homes. My family of four lives here plus one dog and one cat and it’s such a peaceful clean community. It’s a great fit for our entire family, as far as location and amenities. So much to do and so close to everything. Schools are good, plenty of good paying jobs and what we think is a fair price for rent. Sure, its gone up, but so has everything! They do a nice job of maintaining the grounds and all the services work as advertised. We love it here and we’re trying to convince our friends to move here so we can do more social stuff together without even leaving the community. Fingers crossed.

Very nice
My fiancé and I decided to rent an apartment for about a year so that we could save up for our first home. When we came in for a tour, the office lady was so nice and so accommodating especially when we showed up a bit late due to traffic. They gave us a thorough walk through of the apartment and the entire property so that we could see what they had to offer. They also walked us through all of the deposit information, the lease agreement, etc. They made it very clear for us what our monthly bills would look like including utilities and stuff since we were on a specific budget. We're really glad everything worked out and we were able to sign a lease here. We really love it and are happy we chose to live here.

Whisper Lake Apartments
I have lived at Whisper Lake Apartments for 4 years and in that time I have experienced an exceptional living experience. The staff is amazing and is willing to work with you when it comes down to almost anything. Part of the reason why the staff is so amazing is because they are reliable and have been there for years. Unlike other apartment complexes that change staff by the year. The same person I signed my lease with 4 years ago is the same person I renewed it with this year. Even the maintenance staff is very friendly and as I previously mentioned have been with the company for years. In terms of the maintenance of the property I can honestly say for every year that I lived here they have continuously upgraded the property. Last year they painted this year they're renovating the clubhouse. The community is always hosting resident appreciation events. Whether its free ice cream in the Summer or Tacos on a Tuesdays there's always something going on. Overall it has been great and the location is excellent. Its a very quiet and safe neighborhood.

Whisper Lake Apartments- A COMMUNITY THAT CARES
Whisper Lake apartments in Winter Park, is an amazing lake front community. Excellent location and great amenities. The property is well maintained, and the staff is quick to respond to any issues . Bug infestation is one of my biggest pet peeves. I've been living at Whisper Lake for 2 years, and have never had a roach problem. Not too many communities in the Orlando area can say that. They are also very generous with lease renewals. Appliance package upgrades, new flooring, blinds and countertops are just some of the perks. The community has an awesome two story club house with a gaming center, Olympic sized pool, and state of the art fitness center. The community even features an on-site Cares team.

Life tip: don't live here
I've been live in Whisper Lake for more than one year, My opinion is don't live here because it close to Full Sail, or it looks nice.
