Property Ratings at Wheeler Estates Apartments
I am looking for an apartment and I’m moving from another state. Heather was very patient kind and helpful. She answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. She explained the application process and even expeditiously sent me all the pertinent information. Talking to her was truly a pleasure. I’ll be putting in my application promptly.
We are so glad we chose Wheeler Estates Apartments . The office staff Susan and Heather are so nice always making you feel welcome and their maintenance crew Victor and Mike are awesome. They get things done they are polite and even ask you if there's anything else you need that you might have forgot to mention . Kudos to Wheeler Estates you guys are the best .
We have been so happy to live here. The apartments are so spacious and nice. Maintanance has always been super quick to respond to any problems though those were few. The folks in the office are salt of the earth people, always willing to help in any way. We really loved our stay here!

I have lived here for over 3 years and I couldn't be more pleased. The office staff is always friendly and courteous. If I have had a maintenance problem, it was handled quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to a friend.
I have been blessed to be a resident at Wheeler Estates for 2 1/2 years now. The property is beautiful, comfortable and well kept. The hallways are kept clean and maintenance promptly responds to any of my needs. The office is staff is always friendly and eager to help with anything. To say I am pleased is an understatement. I am proud to call Wheeler Estates my home!
I have lived here for almost two years and have been very happy. The apartments themselves are nice, but what makes Wheeler Estates the best is the staff: the office, maintenance, and cleaning. Also, my husband and I enjoy being here because I feel very safe as he travels for his job.
I've been living at Wheeler Estates over 2 1/2 years and I love it here. The staff is absolutely amazing anytime I need anything Heather and Susan are right on top of it no matter what time or day it is; they're wonderful. The maintenance guy Mike is also amazing if something is broken it will be fixed the same day, you don't have to wait a week or two like other apts. Wonderful & Clean Living you will love it here!!!! Best in Decatur, Al hands down!!!

I have been living at these apartments for 2 years now and absolutely love it! It is very convenient to my work and to all the attractions of Decatur. Set right on the edge of town so your like 5 min. from the mall but still far enough outside the city to enjoy the comforts of the country!!!! The apartments are great, not to small not to big for the price. The mangement team and the grounds keepers are the best! Always on top of any issue, if any arise and very courteous with anything you ask to be taken care of, they are awesome!!!!! So if your looking for a place to call home this is the community for you!!
This complex is convenient to the Mall and a long list of great restaurants and retail establishments; located in a quiet, semi-rural area. Schools less than five minute drive. In the middle of Alabama's Bible Belt, there are more churches than restaurants. The whole property is well maintained. Any problems that arise are attended to immediately. This is a great step up from our previous rental home.
