I've been here at Westwood Park for eight days and I LOVE it!!! The approval process was worry free. The staff is super nice!! The apartment feels like a house inside instead of an apartment. The features are high quality and plenty. I'm LOVING my new home here!!!
I've been living here for over a year and it's a great place to live. Spacey apartments, respectful management, and decent prices.
For 30 years of my adult life I lived in large, impersonal cities across the United States. This experience gave me insight on how I wanted to live my remaining years. Not knowing where life would send me I eventually moved to Norman, Oklahoma and the University of Oklahoma. I found the ambience I was looking for but the next task was to find a place to call home. I moved frequently and nothing was wrong with the apartments but I knew they weren’t for me. Once again I moved and this time to Westwood Park Apartments. The commute to campus was easy and shopping, restaurants and I-35 so convenient. I was approaching retirement and I decided to stay until that time. During this time several management teams came and went and then a new group took over. I’m so happy I made the decision to stay. They’ve updated and constantly work on improvements to the property. The office staff are so friendly and available. The maintenance team are exceptional. A phone call starts the work order and the job is soon completed. Security and surveillance also makes the property safe. Amazingly they know and greet the residents by name. They become extended family. It took me twenty plus years but I finally found my HOME at Westwood Park Apartments. bkp

I have lived here for over a year and have enjoyed every bit of it! The renovations look very nice on outside and on the inside as well. I have really put the dog park to use. I can't wait to use the outdoor kitchen to cook hot dogs and hamburgers. The management staff are really nice and are willing to work with everyone the best they can. This is really a great place to live!

Our apartment was roach infested the first night upon moving in depsite claims that they sprayed every two weeks (apt 1644 c). They did spray a few times but it was definitely not consistent with the every two weeks we were told. During our year long stay there were frequently problems with having water shut offs due to maintenance issues. Water bills are also figured by a third party and you do not have access to how much you actually use in water but are told it is figured by dividing up each unit and the cost of the pool (which is only in use 3 months out of the year) which results in an average of $60 a month just for water. They have hidden policies and are unable to provide further information when asked to see where said policies are outlined and instead were condescending when asked for clarity. Overall the way they go about business is done in a secretive manner.

When I moved in, I was sold a 1 bedroom with a nice sized patio with privacy fencing on the first floor. Loved it because I have two large breed puppies. There was construction going on but I was under the impression it was just siding and painting and no one told me any differently. Now I'm stuck in a anxious state 24/7. They took away the privacy fencing for something that looks like a large baby gate and cut half of our patio space. Upper floor keeps every inch though they too get bars. My little gardening area? Gone. Extra space , that I paid to upgrade to, half gone. Construction still going on. Best part was being told that no, our rent isn't changing even though I would have paid the same for a top floor unit that would have also had a w/d hookup, that they knew things were changing but we were supposed to just go with it, and the stories on who told me what changed every time I went to the office. They cited security issues for taking away part of our homes, but these new baby gate things are easy to open for anyone who wants to just walk in and steal your grill or anything outside as well as being able to see right into your open windows. This makes me even more nervous just as a personal thing. Come by and see them if you want. They might be perfect for you. I know I would have given them 5 stars on move in day, but as it stands, I'm looking at other options and going to see if I can't find a better place and fight to get as much back from them as possible for breaking their end so I can move. I don't want to stay somewhere where you can't trust your landlords 100%.

I moved out 38 days ago and still haven't received my security deposit or an itemized list of deductions. After contacting them, they said it would be another week before they even cut the check to send it out. They can't keep track of their own paperwork or responsibilities to tenants.
