Situated about four miles southwest of Downtown Fargo and five miles southwest of North Dakota State University, Willow Park is a fast-growing neighborhood filled with mature trees and tidy homes along quiet streets. Apartments in Willow Park are not only convenient to downtown and the university, but they are also directly west of Rabanus Park and the West Acres Regional Shopping Center.
Willow Park extends from 13th Avenue south to I-94, with 45th Street South forming the eastern border. Willow Park is a mixed-use neighborhood with a variety of shops and restaurants scattered throughout. Westwood is really good. It's close to most of the things in Fargo. Many restaurants and grocery shops around it. It's located in the best spot in the town. Very peaceful and nobody bothers anybody. Very clean apartment and good floor plan.

I have been in the Westwood 1, Apt 306 for 19 years (almost 20 years). I have liked the Westwood. The tech people have been good to repair in my apartment. However, the heater hasn't been working very well this year.

Don’t rent here. Management is rude, and big work orders are put off and aren’t worked on. I have water traveling through unit and it’s been 1.5 years going into winter again and I’m still given the silent treatment or WO keep getting pushed out with excuses. Options given have been deal with water getting into unit during rain storms and use renters insurance for all damaged belonging or move out. Dont rent here. Horrible experiences

Westwood Estates is placed in a great location in Fargo. There’s plenty to do around the area but also not too industrial and nature-friendly. The floor plans and square footage are great for the price. The lease and application was super easy, and I am especially grateful that I was able to get a virtual tour and apply from my computer from overseas before move-in day. Great customer service and would recommend checking it out!

Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Place smells the amenities don’t work.

I have lived here for 19 years and do the best I can not to make any problems. Anything that happens, I would go to the office of Sunwood to make a maintenance. The guys are very nice and so are the folks in the office.
Great apartments with good floorplans. Management is quick to respond to any questions.
Westwood estates is a very nice place to live it's a calm neighborhood, close to stores, and the management is very kind and understanding.

It’s so calm and peasant here. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The building is clean and I feel safe here, and the apartment is spacious and I enjoy the beautiful neighborhood.

The place needss an upgrade. It's old and negleted
The apartments aren't bad but they're not the greatest. Maintenance is normally pretty timely but recently it's taking longer and longer to where now it's over a week to get someone to come. I do understand that there is a shortage so I try to be patient but it does get hard when things are needed. The apartments need to be updated a little more, things are very old and not very clean when you move in. Our apartment is still filled with trash from qhen we first moved in. There's hair in the paint and stains in the carpet, one touch to the wall and some paint comes off, already chipped paint, carpet wasn't cleaned, etc. But for the price we manage, having to do a lot of extra deep cleaning, that as someone who has lived in apartments their whole life has never had to do just after moving in. Management is friendly but you can never get ahold of them on the phone. At a lot of times it seems like they're gone by 4 pm when I try calling around that time. Thankfully I stay at home so I can just walk down to the office. We do like it here for the price but there's a lot of work and updating that needs to be done.

I enjoy living at Westwood Estates and have had little to no issues regarding neighbors, parking, or apartment amenities.
Westwood Estates is a great place to call home. The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful and professional. The pet policies are fair. As is the rent. I feel safe here as a single woman. They do a great job to keep the lawn up in the summer and snow removal in winter. The hallways are clean and well lit. I like the assigned parking spot. I have a one bedroom and find the apartment to be very spacious and comfortable.
Westwood estates have some of the best staff I have worked with, and they make sure the apartment is ready for you by move in date.
I haven't yet met the maintenance staff but they are quick to respond and fix the problem. The office staff have been more than helpful when I needed it the most while moving in and have always answered my questions

Overall, its a very nice experience. I enjoy the family friendly ambiance of the community here. Its generally fairly clean and well kept. The staff here are friendly and courteous.
If you need a place to stay that is pet friendly. It will do. The management team is nice.
Halls stink, walls are paper thin and smell of cigarette and pot smoke is everywhere. I can't wait til my lease is up to get out of there
I have lived in the Westwood Estates apartment complex for 17 years. I have been grateful to have been able to live and stay in Westwood. The repair gentleman and the office ladies have been excellent to communicate and talk with.
I like living in my apartment. I would say staff address items quickly, and they are friendly.
Quiet neighbors, no red flag saftey concerns, very friendly and beautiful area
Overall management has been great. Older building with then walls, but clean and comfortable so far.
Friendly staff, they strive to be responsive and courteous.
They have been very kind and welcoming through the entire move in process.
Nice, roomy apartments with great storage. My unit was just refurbished and sone very nicely!! Staff and management are very helpful, attentive, and pleasant! I liked then so much I brought my boyfriend to the office to have them help him find an apartment and they had the perfect space for him!
Excellent location, convenient laundry services, helpful and responsive front office. The set up of the community I think is better suited for people without kids, but all in all its an excellent set up.
It's great for the price, walls are a little thin but the building was built in the 80's so what do you expect

I love my apartment. The kitchen is big with lots of storage space. The front room is large. The bedroom is large with nice plush carpet. The hallway closet has a lot of storage space And the rent is very reasonable.
Goldmark really needs to step their game up. Don't move into their properties unless you want to be stressed out and have none of your problems solved properly! :)
The staff here are friendly and curtious. The 1 bedroom apartment is are a nice size with a nice floorplan.

I think the staff here at westwood are amazing, the tour and application process was done very well and super stress free on my end. moving in, my apartment is perfect for me and i love the interior design.
Great location with affordable rent and my apartment was in great shape ready to move in.
