Property Ratings at Westview Commons
This property is extremely disgusting and is in poor condition. The photographs are not representative of the units showed when on the tour. There is mold, mildew, and water-stained ceilings in multiple units. After witnessing the mold on the side of one of the air vents I requested to see behind it and was astonished by the deplorable conditions therein! I would not recommend this apartment building nor that of it's management team.
