The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Westridge Senior Apartments
I have enjoyed living here. Maintenance is quick to take care of any issues I have had. My neighbors and friendly and so is the staff. The new management has made a difference!
The apartments are new and have beautiful interiors as well as nice patios and storage room. Safe and quiet complex. Excellent manager and support staff in office as well as walking on property and always easy to talk too, and keeps up with senior needs. Maintenance is easily available and quick to respond and watches out for seniors on property as well. It’s a smaller complex but very safe and secure, I have enjoyed everyday living here and I moved in June of 2016 not too long after the complex had been built, so I signed my 5th year lease earlier this year and I just went through my 5th summer here and I can truly say under this management, support staff, and maintenance has been so wonderful and peaceful.
I live here and the apartments are nice and roomy. The property is quiet. The office staff are friendly and helpful. The maintenance man is friendly and quick. Good location, great community!
I have lived at Westridge since they opened and love it.. Beautiful property and great location.
Moved in September 2015. Unit wasn't complete when moved it (gave it time, brand new complex I understand these things happen) shoddy repairs, absolutely NO sealing on ANY windows or doors (never fixed). Inside my unit there is no flooring in the water heater closet, so its literally dirt, which has led to mice, and bugs. Since moving in a year ago we've only had pest control come out ONCE (because they were having a state inspection--ha of course) since then there hasn't been any pest control for an entire year. I've had to request filters for my unit several times and only LAST WEEK 8/19/2016 did they FINALLY replace them, if you think its possible to go to lowes or home depot to get your filters, unfortunately you can't because they are a "special size" that can only be ordered! Office is a complete farce, since moving in there have been 5, I repeat, 5(!) different property managers. There's only one so when she's not there there is no one to answer any questions you have. Since the 4th of July weekend the "manager" hasn't been in the office for a full week, much less two days. We've had to go to another complex to pay our rent. I have no idea what system they're using to outsource our rental water fees but it is horrible. Multiple times I've gotten "extra" charges that I've had to pay for "rent", and when you ask what its for, "Its just a rental fee" with a shrug is the answer. The manager Jennifer was amazing and genuinely cared about her residents, where as the current lady is rude and seems to 1. hate her job and 2. hate everyone who lives here. I've gone into the office and heard her yelling at residents on the phone and in person on multiple occasions. For how much I pay to live in these apartments its not worth it. There are cheaper places with more welcoming communities. I wouldn't suggest this place to my worst enemy.
