The Interstate 475 and Highway 2 junction is situated just outside of the neighborhood, making travel in all directions accessible and providing the area with an abundance of malls and plazas.

Property Ratings at Westridge Apartments
No matter what the rent is, I'll pay it! Can't beat this location where everything is close and peacefully tucked away in the pines. My cat loves to go on nature walks with me and enjoys the birds and squirrels from our garden level apartment. My electric bill ranges from $40-150 for my larger 1 bedroom. All other utilities are included, even poo stations with bags! Plenty of parking and you can pay to upgrade to covered or garage parking and even extra storage. A/C is in the wall or outside, so you're free to use your windows. All my windows were replaced from having broken seals/foggy immediately upon request. Maintenance is on point. Staff ensures rules are followed and resolves things promptly. I was able to get over my anxiety since this place is so peaceful, I'm so relieved!
Living at Westridge Apartments has personally been a very pleasant experience for me. The apartments are spacious and the grounds are very well kept. The location is in very convenient spot as it right in the middle of several grocery stores and just a short walk away from the Toledo Botanical Gardens. Maintenance and the staff are very responsive and do their best to solve any issues that happen to arise. All in all a very nice place to live!
The complex is in a great area close to shopping and restaurants and you have the Toledo Botanical Gardens right next to you. The complex is well maintained outside and inside. Office staff is nice and anytime we’ve had an issues with something they resolve it quickly. My only issue is the rent is a little on the higher side and you only have one washer and dryer per unit. Otherwise it’s a good place to live!
It's also walking distance from the botanical gardens and down the street from Wildwood Park. Which is great because I am avid walker and it's great to wear out the kids. Maintenance is fantastic only need them once and they were on top of it. The ladies in the office were very nice and helpful, they made me feel very welcome. Overall, I am happy with my choice.
We have lived here for about 3 years now. The complex is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, conveniently located by anything you may need. They have made a few updates around to ensure the grounds are nice. For example the fencing around the dumpsters and the dog waste stations. I have noticed that most of the town houses have been updated since there has been a lot of people moving due to the drastic increase in rent. Also after looking at different reviews and websites pricing is misleading since none of them State the same thing. Every place has its pro and cons but overall I am pleased.
