If you’re seeking a lively and easygoing place to call home, Wesport Lofts is the perfect spot for you! Just a 10-minute drive from downtown Wilmington and a quick 2-minute stroll from Belville Riverwalk, this apartment complex boasts top-notch amenities. The fitness center is well-stocked and rarely packed, while the pool area feels like a luxurious resort during the summer – always clean and inviting with plenty of seating. What truly sets Wesport Lofts apart is its exceptional management team and lightning-fast maintenance. The entire management team is nothing short of amazing. Krista, Eboni, and Heather are all incredibly friendly, sweet, and genuinely make you feel like part of the family. They go above and beyond for their residents, being incredibly understanding and accommodating. They also host regular community events, which has been a great way to meet neighbors and feel a stronger sense of community. As for the maintenance team, Buck and Seth are incredibly quick and efficient when it comes to projects, big or small. We’ve happily renewed our lease for another year and couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience at Wesport Lofts!

This property is beautiful and the staff was so sweet and helpful. Considering relocating soon, and this place is on the top of my list!
The staff here goes above and beyond. Every interaction with them tells me that they care about what goes on not only in my apartment but in my life as well. Also the apartments are very nice haha.
I recently toured the property and it was nothing shy of fantastic! The office staff was amazing. Krista and Eboni were very friendly and professional. They were very knowledgeable about the property and all of the new exciting things to come as well as the surrounding areas. The property itself was stunning and has a lot to offer. I’m very excited to see this property take off and will definitely be keeping this property in consideration for my move in the fall!
