Property Ratings at Westown Garden Apartments
Ildi and her husband, top notch, prompt responses to any issues throughout my 5 years there. Close to Great Northern, close to Crocker Park, and so many restaurants for dining. Most westlake places charge an arm and a leg because of the location, Westwoods way more affordable. Quiet friendly neighbors made my stay very welcome. No complaints when you shop around the area.
Lived here with my boyfriend and cat from 2019-2023. The manager, Ildi, is very kind, quickly responds to problems, and works hard with her husband to keep the place in good shape. They both live on-site, which is very helpful if any issues arise. The community is safe and people are generally quiet and respectful of each other. I would recommend this apartment complex to a friend or family member!
DO NOT MOVE HERE DO NOT MOVE HERE -This place is a DUMP!! Smells like garbage , they dont clean the carpet they dont fix anything and the management lies and makes false promises. If got an emergency case and want to move they will not let you move unless you pay the full lease Not helpful people
Llidiko , the manager of the apartment complex has been one of the nicest and kindest of apartment managers I’ve meet to date. My Father 2 of my brothers and Sister and Niece have had apartments there. She has treated everyone of my family as her own. I highly recommend this place for living. I have upmost respect on how they have been to my family over the years, one of my brothers was a tenant for 20 years he loved it so much. (He’d still be living there if he hadn’t passed away) put it like this…… he’d rather have lived att Westown Gardens then move in with me, and I was his best friend and brother….. I've lived here for 3 years and left just because job change moving out to other state. It's a great environment for both professionals on the go and families as well. It's a nice blend of both. Great neighbors. Maintenance free living at an affordable cost. The pricing is very competitive If you don’t like pets there are pet free buildings The Property Manager is a true professional who values the needs of her tenants They work tirelessly to make sure your needs are met.. Ildy makes everyone feel like family.
This is the perfect apartment everything you need for your first place. I would highly recommend. I've lived here for a year and it's been a pleasure.
The land surrounding the apartments is filled with lovely trees and has a stream that goes around by the back that is so nice. The apartments themselves are roomy enough and for the price you can't beat it. I really am pleased after living here almost 7 years. Thank you for helping this place stay great!
I've lived here for 3 years. I don't think I'll ever move. I have never been more comfortable living in an apartment.There are great neighbors and the and management is attentive to the needs of the renters. I love them. They work tirelessly to make sure your needs are met. The entryways are clean and well maintained. If you don't have pets there are pet free buildings. Iildi makes everyone feel like family and with that being said.... she is stuck with me for a very long time. Love this place!!

My family and I are currently residents here and we are beyond happy! It's a great environment for both professionals on the go and families as well. It's a nice blend of both. At Westown we get to enjoy simple, maintenance free living at an affordable cost. The pricing is very competitive and dog friendly as well (hard to find and very important to some of us!) Westown is one of those rare places where you really do know your neighbors' names, very unusual these days. The Property Manager is a true professional who values the needs of her tenants. So much so that she even hosts a Tennant Appreciation day every summer. This place is a rare gem that I was lucky to find!
